called The Heart of Passover,
which breaks from traditional emphasis to return emphasis where the Scripture
places it in observing Passover. Great
article, Stefan! “The Heart of Passover” is the Blood of the Lamb whereas
rabbinic Judaism – lacking an altar to sacrifice a lamb has all but replaced
the Exodus 12 sacrifice of the lamb, with all emphasis on removal of leaven and
even even forbidding eating lamb on Passover. As Stefan notes, “Unfortunately,
Israel’s Rabbis throughout the generations have continued to filter the gnat
while swallowing the camel, placing all the emphasis of Passover on the leaven
while neglecting the lamb almost entirely. Without the redemptive
power of the lamb and its shed blood, the removal of leaven is mostly futile.
That was true for the first Passover, and it is certainly true today as we know
that without the blood of the spotless Lamb of God, there can be no forgiveness
of sins.”

ARC’s Chaim Malespin relates
a close call recently while he was in the lead hummer doing “intense maneuvers in preparation for Rafah. In the
darkness of the night we had a row of hummers driving at top speeds, of course,
using only night vision, no lights of any kind. Suddenly, the ground underneath
one of the hummers in the convoy gave way, causing it to flip careening off the
cliff! …. we quickly circled right around. When we saw the wrecked hummer, our
hearts sunk as we jumped into rescue mode. Somehow, after such a disaster, no
one died. There were torn muscles, etc, but this could have been way
worse! Thanking God for His
protection. So grateful for the
thousands of believers around the world that are praying for Israel. I call

Keep praying on this front which will be even more
intense than Gaza. Many precious
brothers & sisters live in the northern part of the country, and will be at
higher risk even though Lebanon terrorists are more well equipped for longer
range and said to have even more tunnels that Gaza – and that has turned out to
be LOT! We know God fights for Israel, but there are still losses in every
battle.
Rania Sayegh, the Christian Arab prophetic intercessor in Nazarath at HOPE: House of Prayer & Exploits writes
of the Iranian attack in mid-April reminding her of a vision she received in
June 2022 about Iran being the head of an octopus. “Could this be the time, when
God will deal with the head of the octopus?” (The vision

She also updates on
terrorist attacks in the West Bank, in Gaza, in the north from Hezbalah in
Lebanon and also some rockets from Syria in the Golan Heights. “Here at HOPE, we have been standing for months crying out through prayer and worship for God's protection over the northern gate of

Dov Bikas who leads the Aviv
Ministry Center in Tel
Aviv for evangelism & humanitarian aid to Addicts on
Tel Aviv streets sent a heartening story of a volunteer team leader &
mentor at their rehab in Netanya. The story is one of working with an addict
for many, many months, being a friend, a help and eventually the person who
would help the addict get help in rehab. One day in Bible study at rehab, this
man lead a study on the 10 lepers Yeshua healed. “After the study, Nicolas* came up to me and said he
felt just like those lepers - that Jesus touched him and cleansed his life of
everything destructive. Then he asked to pray the sinner's prayer with me. We
prayed and Nicolas* became our brother in Christ! Please pray for him.”
Dov also
reports on their food distribution to the needy in Ofakim, near Gaza, and how
it has resulted in the start of a new home fellowship group for sharing the
Gospel. “10-12 people who gather twice a week for Bible studies. Please pray
for these new brothers and sisters, for their leaders G and I, and for the
Ofakim home group to grow!
Several
other updates on the ministry vehicle they are able to purchase because of the
donations sent toward it, and how it led to a new family joining their “Desert
Flowers” congregation when a man in the auto insurance office overheard they

Some of the devastating news Yariv
wrote in this rare email updates is about the mental state of those released
from captivity in Gaza: “…many who have
survived the October 7 attacks are bound mentally by such overwhelming and
unbearable trauma. As a result, at least 50 survivors have tragically taken
their own lives, and dozens more continue to be hospitalized in psychiatric
wards. Let us keep praying for true freedom on the inside for
those who remain captives, and those who have survived horrific attacks due to
war and terror. Also, please remember the families of the victims of terror
and fallen and injured soldiers in your prayers. We mourn for those who have
lost their lives and for those who continue to suffer under the weight of
relentless evil attacks on our very existence as a nation.
“As Isaiah 61 reminds us, our mandate as people of faith is to proclaim
liberty to the captives and to work tirelessly for the liberation of all who
are in darkness and bondage….we continue
to address the urgent mental and spiritual needs of those in our community, as
so many in our nation continue to experience the devastating effects of
horrific trauma.”
Hasdey Yeshua, the Hebrew congregation in Arad, write of the different
seders their members held – some with special focus on passing on the meaning
of Passover to the children according to the instruction of Exodus 13:14, and others to “adults, some of whom don’t yet know their Messiah.
For others, a number of whom came from other countries, it was their first time
to experience Passover, so in addition to being an outreach, it was also a time
of teaching. Please pray for the Jewish people who attended to see Yeshua
clearly and not be fearful to give their hearts to Him.”
They also write of the experience of
their congregants when the Iran strike came, and a report from Sara who works
with the Bedouin – who are now terrified by how unprotected they were as the
sharp shrapnel from being blasted out of sky began to pierce through their tin
roof housing. You have heard of the Bedouin girl – the only one wounded in the
Iranian attack? This is how it happened, shrapnel piercing through the tin room
and striking the girl in the head. Please pray for her, and for the now fearful
Bedouin. Sara writes, “Our Bedouin contacts are now begging us to help provide
them with some sort of shelter into which they can run, similar to what people
in Arad have, so that they and their children can go to sleep in peace at

new mayor sell out to the religious sect that persecutes the Messianic
believers. Their former mayor is taking an active role in the political

beyond help; same report on her heart. Pray for this dear lady to receive a
double healing miracle from the LORD.| Rachel Netanel asking prayers for her health
after recovering from a severe case of covid complicated by asthma. She wants
nothing to slow her down from sharing her faith. | Pray for ALL the IDF
