“Where there is no ḥāzôn – Divine revelation – the people perish.”
What remains is how do we impact the young Christians in Western nations toward receiving Divine revelation to support such ministry? Or even to the point that they are equipped to engage in same Divine Outreach in their own nations? Where there is no vision for salvation for Palestinians, I wonder if the American youth can even be open to taking up support of Israel as their fathers and grandfathers have. In part is due to the failure of Israel-supporting Christians who have themselves not carried a vision for the salvation of Arabs, or the Divine reconciliation that many Israeli ministries and especially young Israeli ministries are actively planning right now.
This is a turning point and an opportune moment to pray for both the Israeli younger generations and our own younger generations to recieve ḥāzôn – Divine revelation – vision from God that young people whose hearts are on fire for the LORD can run with a message of salvation across all generations, tongues, ethnicities and nations.
The focus of Arrows from Zion this week was very much inspired by the Zoom call I was on Wednesday morning with Fields of Wheat, an equipping ministry for young people – teenagers of believing families. The equipping is for the harvest of souls in Israel. Eitan has been doing the Katzir camps 3 times a year for the past 25 years because he knows that the harvesters are going to be those teens over the last 25 years who have been built up in their spirits to run with the message of Yeshua to all Israel.
Joel Jelski, who is now the Director of Fields of Wheat, in his own teens went to Katzir camps. Now he is leading the equipping ministry with great vision. It was Joel who brought up how he wondered who among the Christians in the nations would be supporting their efforts 20 years down the road. Christians who support Israel are aging out and for the most part younger generations of Christians from the nations do not carry a vision for supporting Israel as their parents and grandparents have. THAT IS WHAT I CALL A PRAYER PRIORITY!
Just like Eitan has carried the vision for Israel’s young believers to be equipped for the mission ahead of them in God’s last days prophecies, we Christians in the nation need to be equipping our young people for the mission that is connected to their Israeli counterparts in the future too. God has a big vision – to make of two ONE NEW MAN. What that means is unity between Christians and Messianic Israel, because God is bringing back Jews to Israel in order to get them saved by faith in Yeshua there!
It is much more likely the fulfillment of that vision will come about in the lives of our children and grandchildren. If we live long enough to see it, that is fantastic, but it will be them who walk it out in fullness. . .and they must be equipped to do so, which is our job to equip them to do so. I can’t think of a better place to start than praying over the young people who right now are being mis-lead into antagonistic views of Israel. It’s not God’s view, but many have been locked into a huge deception that has to be broken for the Light to pierce the darkness. Can Christians be deceived about such things? Yes! But the power of intercession made on this point is the starting point.
There was another essential point that was spoken of in this ZOOM intercessory meeting, because the Christian Arab team member Ruby Bishai, carries the other! That is his vision to launch a Christian Arab equipping camp for young Israeli Christian Arabs in the same manner as the Messianic Jewish Katzir camps! Ruby is such a ‘mensch’ – a man of integrity, honor and sacrifice to please God. Just getting to know him through his letters from Fields of Wheat has been a blessing. This is a man with a heart for God and for his Arab people to know and walk with Yeshua. That is an essential WITNESS IN THE LAST DAYS TO ALL THE NATIONS!
The efforts that are being put into the young believers through this ministry are just nothing short of the plan of God. The visions for how they see expanding the ministry is nothing short of LIFE-GIVING. Learn more at Fields of Wheat, subscribe to the mailing list, join the Zoom meetings to pray for the camps and PLEASE pray for young Christians to catch God’s vision for Israel and to envision how they fit into His plans for the blessings for the world as Israel comes to faith in Yeshua/Jesus. - Donna Diorio

Summarized from the Weekly Summary of
Prayer Requests Israeli Ministries
Eitan Shishkoff writes in the 11/21 Fields of Wheat ministry letter: Israel’s emerging generation
(14-25 year olds) is inheriting a nation with aching needs. Two years of
non-stop war have drained our resources—economically,
physically, and emotionally. How
can the people of Israel respond to the weighty demands placed on this small
country, surrounded by enemies and longing for peace? The hunger for a
better life is tangible. But we know that this longing can only be filled by a
genuine relationship with Israel’s Messiah, Yeshua.
Israeli Youth at Historic Crossroads | This places the young people who are preparing to enter military
service and soon after married and professional life, in a pivotal position.
What we invest in them will become the future of Israel.
In the weeks to come we’ll be sharing with you via an end-of-the-year
emphasis we’re calling “The Future of Israel.” We’re eager to impart our
expectation and faith for the road ahead. We know that our assignment from
the Lord of the Harvest is to equip this emerging generation of Israelis (both
Jewish and Arab) to be the workers and leaders in Yeshua’s final harvest.
We invite you to join us on
this road. We’ll be journeying together with these precious young people whose
future will impact the nation of Israel, and beyond. Instead of the diabolical
anti-Semitism, anti-Zionism that is spreading like a deadly cancer across the
globe, we can stand with the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob as He calls us
together in the opposite spirit—the spirit of life!

Israeli Orthodox Jewish man. Elijah suffered horrible trauma in his life;
he became an atheist and suicidal. Young Elijah’s life has been hanging in
the balance throughout the year, and even after many in-depth conversations,
live meet ups, and close contact, Elijah was still not ready to commit. Then
dropped out of contact for five months before he began making contact again. Finally
he said, “I’ve reached the
conclusion that either I’m going to believe in Yeshua, or I’m going to end my
life.” This

MORE YOUTH at the 2025 Discipleship Winter Program at Revive Israel led by Youval &
Valerie Yanay. Their discipleship
template uses farming to address spiritual growth. Jesus made the same kind of
examples in His earthly ministry. Today few people farm but every believer
gardener has discovered an abundance of spiritual lessons in working the soil
to grow food and beauty in the landscape. The Revive team writes, "Each time we see the young
seedlings fresh out of the nursery, we’re reminded of the participants who will
soon join us. Like these tender plants, they are ready to take root in rich
soil and grow strong in the Lord. . . . The young people coming to us for the
discipleship program are many who have only recently come to faith. Though they grew up in believing
homes and have heard the gospel for years, in this season, they’ve made the
decision to dedicate their lives fully to following Yeshua. Like the
seedlings we plant, they are beginning their journey of faith, and we have the
privilege of walking alongside them as they take their first steps of obedience
and devotion.” These are the kinds of
things that prepare young people for walking in harmony with God’s will for the
rest of their lives, and here’s how it starts: Clearing the Ground,
Preparing the Heart.
Isn’t this the kind of investment we want to
see in the lives of young Israeli believers? Plant a seed in this ministry, and pray for such
an opportunity to arise for your own children and grandchildren to
participate in such discipleship designed especially for them to grow up strong
in the Lord. This is what turns spiritual followers into spiritual leaders.
Stefan Silver, in his ministry
letter for his parent’s Out of Zion
ministry in Haifa also speaks of laying foundations among the youth: | Last Friday night I had
the great privilege to teach at a national youth conference for grades 9-12 in
the center of the country. It was the first conference of the new school year
and the largest to date - 500 youth from all over Israel, from Eilat in the
south to Kiryat Shmona in the north. It was an incredible evening to worship together, especially
since when I attended youth conferences, there were maybe seventy of us at
most! The theme of the conference was a
question that was often asked about Yeshua: “Who is this?” The goal was to
explore that question through His seven “I AM” statements recorded in John’s
Gospel. . . . .
In Israel today the question is still echoed: Who is this? A liar? A false
prophet? A lunatic? Or something far greater? Yeshua Himself answered that
question in his own words. He is “I AM” - the same God who spoke to Moses
from the burning bush, the same LORD who declared through Isaiah, “I am the
first and the last.” . . .As we look
across this land in these days, our prayer is
simple: that the people of Israel – the
very people through whom Yeshua came – would once again know who He truly is. That their hearts would be opened to see
that “I AM” is not a blasphemous claim but the most glorious truth ever spoken
and that they will come to know Him – not as Yeshu, the name meant to curse and
erase Him, but as Yeshua, the name that means and offers salvation. Write by email to

in Hahal Oz - A Miracle in the Shadow of October 7 | Two years have passed since that
black Saturday, yet the air in Nahal Oz still carries a weight no community

inside one small home in Nahal Oz, a miracle unfolded. This is Katya’s story —

much the IDF relied on the accuracy of its own intelligence findings. | Part

Gil Afriat
writes the ministry letter this week for Tiferet Yeshua that focuses on the
motto of the congregation and what pastor Moti Cohen began back I 2013 when
they settled on their mission statement: “Love God, love one another, and love our city.” With this commitment to consistent
practical generosity, Moti spearheaded a ministry to the poor and needy in
our community through our weekly Feed
Tel Aviv meal outreach to the homeless. Additionally, we devoted 10
percent of our overall budget to giving to believers in need and supporting
other ministries in the Land. We also invested resources in street evangelism and discipleship
which then turned into one of our main ministry focuses because God began
sending so many seekers and new believers our way!
In the twelve years of having these
values firmly in place we have seen God’s promise for growth and life come to
pass. Last year we experienced more
amazing growth: We had nearly
100,000 views of our Hebrew worship and teaching livestreams (almost 2,000
weekly views) Feed Tel Aviv served 24,000 hot meals to the homeless and needy
(that’s 2,000 meals a month - a 30% increase from the year before!) | | We gave over $40,000 to believers in need
and other ministries in Israel | 20 people went through in-depth discipleship
with our pastoral team 12 new families joined Tiferet Yeshua for our
Hebrew-language children and youth ministry. | 6 people committed their lives
to Yeshua in water immersion | We cannot
do any of this without the streams flowing in – the love, prayers and support of our dear friends in the nations.
Chaim Malespin, The Faithful Galileans
sends this video with a “deeply moving conversation with Melodie Greyeyes from Canada,
shares why indigenous peoples from across North America are standing with
Israel
during its time of greatest need. Their Instagram: @KanadaHouse1 | Sow
into The Faithful Galileans | Then Chaim writes, “Is
God a Zionist? The Land of Israel is unique…. Before World
War II and the establishment of the modern State of Israel, Theodor Herzl,an
ardent Zionist, worked tirelessly toward the creation of a homeland for the
Jewish people. Being a Zionist simply meant that he believed in a home and
nation for the Jewish people. In the process, Herzl even considered other places, such as a portion of Kenya and
Argentina, as potential homelands.”
GOD HAD OTHER IDEAS and immediately sent a zealous Christian
minister with access to the royal houses of Europe to come alongside Herzl
to not only open needed doors of European patronage, but also to convince Herzl
that the restored Jewish homeland HAD TO BE ON THE LAND GOD PROMISED TO THEM
FOREVER. So yeah, God is a Zionist and Israel needs Christians who
understand God’s promises to Israel every step of this restoration!
Reuven Doron’s new website is a
great destination to prophetic insights and you can sign up there for his
power-packed newsletters. Last week he sent out an outstanding writing about The
Veil that Covers
(Read: 2-Corinthians 3:12-18) Just today Reuven put that article up on Facebook
and it is a great teaching article that you are really going to love. It
explains so much! The VEIL that the
apostle described to the Corinthians is a mysterious well placed strategic
“screen” (like a cataract) that keeps Israel “partially blinded.” This
partial blindness is for a specific purpose, and will remain only for a limited
time until that purpose is fulfilled. When Paul explained to the Roman Church
the mystery of Israel’s fall and resurrection, he said, “For
I do not desire, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery .
. . .The VEIL was real then, as it is
real now, serving God’s own determined purposes.”
Ronit Bender, a personal evangelistic, good will ambassador for Yeshua in Israel, told us last month about former landlords in the Druze village and she and her husband Tom lived. When Tom died 12 years ago, the landlords gave Ronit 3 weeks to find another place to live right after returning from Australia where there was a memorial held for her husband. The relationship with the family had been antagoinistic towards their faith all along, but it was a heartless thing to do to a woman who had just lost her husband. Ronit found a new place to live and when she returned the keys to the landlord she told them, ‘you were being blessed while we lived under your roof, but now that blessing is gone.’ And it was gone – many terrible things happened to the family. Recently she ran into the husband again and he invited her to come visit. (Kind of amazing all things considered!) Ronit took him up on the invitation and went to visit, spending time with the wife, now confined to a wheelchair after breaking both legs several years back. As always Ronit brought Yeshua to the table and before she left, the wife’s resistance to salvation melted and she received Yeshua. “I can hardly contain my excitement!” Ronit wrote. “You have to understand that I have been praying for their salvation for 20 years! When the spiritual transaction was all done, her husband returned, and we left soon after that. We rejoiced as a new sister entered the Kingdom. Please continue to pray for the husband "D". . . .Acts 16:31 says, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.” Pray for them to be bold enough to attend a congregation, either Kehilat HaCarmel (which is close by) or an Arabic-speaking one. Their son is a heavy user of drugs and alcohol. Thanks for your prayers. To help Ronit who seriously is a “living letter” from the Lord wherever she goes, write to her for details at this email address.
