Arrows 2025 Aug 8 | Decision Made

 Decision Made:

Israel will Occupy Gaza

The first indications that Netanyahu had given up any more negotiations with the Hamas for hostages began Monday (8/4) on X. Now there is still not confirmation set it stone, but according to a Times of Israel headline on 8/5, “Netanyahu said set to order full takeover of Gaza, despite IDF qualms, risk to hostages | Senior official close to PM quoted saying ‘the die is cast — we are going for a full occupation of the Gaza Strip,’ also suggests IDF chief resign if he opposes move." Considering the threats from France, the UK and others to recognize Gaza as a Palestinian state, it is not surprising that Netanyahu has chosen this time to draw the line in the sand. No other nations have the authority to give the Land of Israel away. Please pray over this important development. Pray that by a miracle only God can pull off, that the hostages will be found and brought to safety.
8/8 Meeting tonight for phased Gaza occupation plan!
After 10+ hours behind closed doors, Israel’s Cabinet has approved a full military takeover of Gaza.

Goals: • Eliminate Hamas • Recover every hostage • Disarm the Strip • Maintain IDF security control • Install a new civilian authority — not Hamas, not the PA

Arrows from Zion
Summarized from the Weekly Summary of Prayer Requests Israeli Ministries

If you missed the online gathering at the Vertical Galilee House of Prayer yesterday, on the 9th of Av (Sunday, August 3rd), Watch it on replay. Also Watch: Will Israel annex parts of Gaza?
Out of that Chaim Malespin posted this on the following day: “National Restoration and the Helmet of Yeshua: A Prophetic Response to Crisis” | A call to intercession, identity, and justice rooted in Isaiah 59 and the eternal covenant of Elohim with Israel.
You can read it here and it is well worth the effort.
Introduction: A Nation in Crisis | “So justice is driven back, and righteousness stands at a distance; truth has stumbled in the streets, honesty cannot enter.” — Isaiah 59:14, NIV
     “
In this single verse, the prophet Isaiah paints a devastating portrait of moral and societal collapse. Justice is exiled. Righteousness is distant. Truth has fallen in public life, and honesty cannot even find entrance. This condition is not limited to ancient Israel. It mirrors our current age—when corruption, spiritual confusion, and moral relativism dominate both nations and individuals.” Read more

Reuven Doron’s 8/6 prayer letter is as always jam-packed revelation and insight into current events. He writes: “God’s calling is simple, yet profound. Genesis 12 for Israel is Romans 11 for the Church. Pray with us that both people groups will, by God’s amazing grace, fulfill their calling as the birth pains of the Kingdom of Heaven are intensifying upon the whole earth.” He addresses the failure of the world to respond to “the plight of these (Syrian) Druze and kept “negotiating” with the new Syrian (Isis & Al Qaeda graduates) terrorist regime, Israel stood by her promise to the Druze. Their plight is still ongoing as hundreds of Druze women and children are still missing, having been kidnapped by Sunni gangs, and Druze territory is still under partial siege by hostile Sunni government forces. Keep them in your prayers please.”
Reuven called the global recognition of a Palestinian state “empty and meaningless words” and will backfire. “The ungodly notion of creating a “Palestinian State” in the heartland of the Land of Israel is in contradiction to the Word of God is breathing its last breaths as God is shaping the situation on the ground in the opposite direction. In fact, you need to understand that, from God’s perspective, the nations of the world are presently being tested and evaluated by how they position themselves regarding the Arab/Israeli conflict. Pray for your leaders.”
He says that “In spite of Israel’s remaining (not many) left-leaning politicians and generals, and in the face of the international “woke choir,” the land will continue to come back to its rightful possessors. . . .
The existential wars that are being forced upon Israel by our enemies will only serve to increase our territory and expand our borders.”
He writes: “The Fake Gaza "Hunger Campaign" is Backfiring | As the fake photos and manipulated media are being exposed, the opposite effect is taking place. Pressure on Egypt is increasing to open the Rafah border crossing, thereby allowing Gazans safe migration options. Simultaneously, pressure on European institutions is also increasing to accept Gazan refugees. Our prayers continue for Gaza to be emptied of hostiles; for the monster-city to be destroyed and leveled to the ground; and for the land to return to Israeli farmers and builders. The fairytale of “Land for Peace” has run its tragic course and has been proven unattainable. Peace in the Middle East is found only in strength. Please pray for our troops and our remaining hostages.”

Zayandeh-Rud Iranian River Drying Up as the Abraham Accords Expanding | The first wave of the Abraham Accords came into reality in 2020 by President Trump after threats of Israeli land annexation. The next wave of the Abraham Accords will come to pass after the coming land annexation and the recognition that Israel is the only stable and credible player in the Middle East who can secure the world's most important logistical and energy trade routes. Peace is made out of respect, not out of spineless PR marketing campaigns. (!)
“Meanwhile, the work of the Gospel in Israel is going strong. Messianic witness is increasing nationwide; Messianic congregations are growing in every city and town in Israel; discipleship youth and children camps are hosting hundreds of believing youngsters throughout this summer vacation all across Israel; and we are experiencing growing interest and openness for our Social Media Hebrew outreach campaigns. The veil that God placed upon the eyes of Israel is growing thinner.”

Jennifer Guetta of Plant Hope Israel writes about the re-release of her book Awestruck by Glory with 40 new pages on The Fall of Jezebel in our Society. She writes, “Jesus warns us that in the end times, there will be widespread deception, making it difficult to distinguish truth from lies. The world is bending under the weight of Satan’s deception and especially the lies of the spirit of Jezebel. It is crucial for Christians to discern the truth during these times and not be misled by the enemy's propaganda! …. Also a brand new release The Mystery of the Feast of Trumpets! The Fall of Jezebel in our society is a direct relation with the blowing of the trumpets on the Feast of Trumpets. . . . The Feast of Trumpets "YOM TERUAH" is coming up on the 22nd of September. David’s Tent Avner Boskey has once again produced a masterful writing on the theme that “DECEPTION IS PREPARED FOR THE DISTRACTED (JOB 15:35) The world is falling into the deceptive trap of cursed anti-Semitism (Read in full online). Avner de-masks the excuses anti-semitic people use to try to wiggle out of being identified as anti-Semites, but Avner clearly exposes the 3 masks they wear. He writes, “Messiah Yeshua noted that events at the end of this age would be so deceptive that they would have the ability “to mislead, if possible, even the elect” (Matthew 24:24). The world has entered into a sober season of deception, where even those who felt that they have a politically correct view of Israel are being seduced into full-blown anti-Semitism.”
Avner goes on to address the media legacy that is promoting a “body of lies” that is not unlike “what military intelligence calls ‘PsyWars’
– psychological warfare engineered to influence opinions, emotions, attitudes and behavior.” As well as the Brainwashing of the West with “a quickening merger of street Leftists and radical Democrats, Antifa and Woke activists, and anti-Semitic right-wingers”….
He discusses the true “Hamas-Islamistic jihadi strategies” – “The Hamas jihadi terror group (both it and al Qa’eda are spinoffs of the Muslim Brotherhood) has ruled Gaza with an iron hand since 2006, murdering PLO members and just plain Gazans who refuse to submit to their Islamist dictatorship.” They have never changed from their or stopped but since 1987 founding, Hamas has been “actively involved in murdering Israelis”. Then Avner cites the most recent polling by the Palestinian Center for Policy and Survey Research (May 6, 2025). The stats of their own leave no doubt, remaining Palestinians in both Gaza and in the West Bank back Hamas as their favored leadership. After all this schooling update, Avner supplies “How shall we then pray?” (Read in full online)
     Y
our prayers and support hold up our arms and are the very practical enablement of God to us in the work He has called us to do. Giving options found online here.

The Carmel Congregation led by Dani & LuAnne Sayag bbegan citing Isaiah 60:1-2, which has never sounded sos current as it does right now: "Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people; But the Lord will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you" | “In these times of increasing darkness, we have God's promise of His glory arising upon us. In a day where evil is called good, and good is called evil, we have this growing expectation of seeing a manifestation of God's glory like never before. This was brought home to us last Friday as we headed for the Jordan River. A small group of people, of varying ages, made the decision to be immersed in water as a symbol of leaving their old life behind in the Jordan and rising to the new life that has been given to us by Messiah Yeshua. Truly the glory of the Lord was upon us. It was almost unbearably hot, but our joy was great as we saw the Kingdom of God advancing. (Many of us also dealt with the heat by having a lovely swim in those same waters!)  We were so blessed by the testimonies of those who were immersed that day, and will share the words of one young beautiful Israeli lady, "A". May they bless you as they blessed us. “Yeshua is all I waited for for 30 years…” (Click link to read the rest of the letter)
Prayer Points | Pray for the return of our remaining 50 plus hostages (only 20 are presumed to be alive), they have been held in captivity almost 670 days. | Pray for our young men and women serving in the IDF: protection, high-quality intelligence, comfort and battle strategies from the Lord, the true Commander-in Chief. | Pray that the glory of the Lord would be poured out in our midst with manifestations of healings and salvations.| Pray that our enemies would receive direct revelation of the One they are fighting against. Although the north is quiet, missile alerts continue in the center and the south of Israel as the Houthis continue to attempt to hit population centers.| Pray for the Druze and Christians in Sweida, Syria, just over our northeastern border. Both have been attacked by both Syrian government forces and other tribal groups for being a non-Muslim minority. With deep gratitude and shalom

From the I-know-how-that-feels department: On Facebook today, one of my ministry friends Miriam Abramov of Awake Israel Ministries posted:
     “
For the love of Israel:  We are looking for 6 monthly sponsers. We have lost 600 a month in monthly support since last month. We thank those for support and understand their reasons to help family and a cut on missions work so it can go for a church building. We are so grateful. But we need to raise that back to keep the ministry house. If 6 people who love Israel, know us and or our work can give 100 a month or a church one hundred it be for the labor here and Israel will be blessed by our committed ongoing assisting them.
Our assistance helps the army and others who are blessed are the poor, the hurting, the single mother and holocaust survivor plus elderly, schools, hospitals. Very close to God's heart is they get Scripture for inner peace and strength.  Pls pray and see if you could be a part of this. We are small and almost never ask for help. But we need help now.
All Israel shall be saved. You will get a tax deductible receipt. If you support a very big ministry please pray of a vibrant effective local small one as ours. We are evangelizing actively. Your gift of support for a year or six months would be so helpful. Many who have come never supported us monthly and that is the need for alive workable labor here, a monthly gift. Pls ask the lord.
     Details easy:
message me on Facebook or email me. We are govt approved annually and hold the highest financial accountability status in Israel for over 10 years. That is not easy to qualify but we do. It is 15 years of excellent status in the USA. Second if you'd like to buy here or rent also a storage warehouse this is our hearts desire. For the storage and expansion to give furniture to the needy. But now monthly support is needed as every ministry in the world needs. To continue on for the kingdom of God, this is Israel, the gospel is to the Jew first, so here we are.

Donna: Thank you for being transparent about the need, Miriam. I have another small ministry I was speaking with a couple of weeks ago, Ronit Bender, tell she had lost 20 followers, and she needed to replace them. This is the lady out of the Carmel Congregation who does personal evangelism the Israeli way. She makes friends and blesses people as God shows her. She is a living witness (Living Stone of the Israeli temple that Yeshua is building – entirely different from the one the Temple Mount people want to build. She gives excellent insight in how to do the same in your life.
NOW I understand Ronit probably meant that she had lost not only subscribers , but subscribers who were donors too.  This is the battle I have been experiencing for quite a while, not knowing what to do about it to remedy the loss of subscribers. It has been a war of attrition against subscribers being dropped from my elists because their servers will not deliver my emails.
My subscribers indicate to me that they WANT the emails but I have not been able to overcome the delivery problems persisting. In the last round of subscribers being removed last week, it seems the majority were subscribers who have donated to me in the past when I have expressed a time of need. That feels like warfare to me! Not being a large ministry, losing subscribers or donors is a bigger deal to us than to large ministries.
If I don't have operational funds, then I cannot get the needs of the Israeli ministries out. My weekly investment of labor into doing that is worth fighting to keep delivering to as many subscribers as I can.
If the Israeli ministries don't have enough support, it means ability to do outreach is REDUCED!
I cannot tell you how many have been suffering from loss of donations and I am talking about congregations too.
I have always understood that their battles I am going to experience also on a personal level. But I stand in trust of the LORD out of His abundance to make a way for all those ministries in Israel who have need and also for my own operational funding need. Just because a ministry is small does not mean it has no significant impact.

On that note, I want to share what Sally Shiff shared yesterday because it was a ray of sunshine to me. I sense the same thing - that we are at the beginning of a reversal of the warfare against us.
Sally wrote: Somehow, I sense that things are about to change. It’s as if the miracle of the eight days of oil were just enough before the new oil for the eternal light in the temple (Hanukkah). I mean my daily writing you. As if God was saying "It’s almost over, and your daily writing won’t be necessary anymore." (Don't worry, I will do it as long as Yeshua wills).Today, I was led to Isaiah 49. A promise of His love and redemption. God is not done with Gaza or the Middle East. So much has changed in these last 22 months. Lebanon has now banned Hezbollah from beingIsrael has been given the green light to overtake Gaza due to Hamas refusing to accept cease-fire terms and not release the hostages. Please continue your prayers according to God's will.

From Christian Arab pastors of Immanuel Church & Outreach they write that despite the dark and troubling times, “Our Eyes Are On The LORD.” They continued “. We are not blind to political reality, but we also do not submit to it as our source of security or fear. The Lord Jesus said: “Peace I leave with you; My peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” (John 14:27)
We experienced this peace firsthand while we were in
Armenia during the outbreak of the war with Iran. Flights had stopped, and we could no longer return home. Our hearts were with our church members, our children, grandchildren, relatives, and neighbors. And yet, not for a moment did we doubt the Lord’s faithfulness and protection over them. We continued our ministry in Armenia with double strength, because the Lord poured His peace into us even in the midst of the storm. In such times, our calling as the Church is not only to take refuge in the Lord, but also to be a light in the darkness and a voice of prayer for the city and the nation, just as was spoken to Jeremiah: “Seek the peace of the city to which I have carried you into exile, and pray to the Lord for it, because if it prospers, you too will.
At the church in Haifa, the women have been “faithfully serving a group of women from diverse and challenging backgrounds.” The women are “single mothers—some are divorced, and others have left difficult marriages and are now raising their children in very hard circumstances. Many of these women struggle with low self-esteem or emotional vulnerability. . . . We provide these women with monthly aid, including food supplies, as a simple way of supporting their basic needs. Of course, we wish we could do even more, especially when it comes to helping them care for their children and meet their growing household needs.” They write about a recent day the church women gave a day of beauty spa – “We washed and styled their hair, painted their nails, and simply made them feel beautiful. The impact of this day was deeply emotional. They felt truly valued, seen, and worthy of being cared for. . . . It was also a special opportunity for us, as sisters in the church, to sit with each woman one-on-one and speak to her heart about the love of God—the One who alone can fill every gap in her life.” If you are moved to help them supply the basic needs of these women, consider making a monthly donation. Email them for how to donate.
Also: We thank the Lord for local elderly Jewish believers, whom
the Lord moved to send financial support to fellow believers in Gaza who have been taking refuge in the local church since the outbreak of the war…. We ask you to lift up our brothers and sisters in Gaza in your prayers—for their endurance and steadfastness in faith. The 2nd half of the letter to follow within next weeks.

Lastly from Yariv Goldman, Hands of Mercy, Yariv has a righteous warrior spirit in his 8/1 email:     Hope in the Valley of Tears: Serving Amid Crisis and Controversy | Faith, Heartbreak, and Kingdom Purpose in Israel and the Region | These are days when the heart aches deeply and continually. As the media swirls with accusations, misleading reports, and painful silences, we at Hands of Mercy feel compelled to bring clarity, speak the truth courageously, and offer genuine hope. These are not brief news summaries—these are heartfelt reflections directly from our hearts, based on firsthand experiences, trusted relationships, and extensive documentation. Thank you for standing alongside us in these crucial hours.
This is such a substantive refuting the lies that have been circulating against Isael and Yariv has a  distinct firsthand viewpoint to share, as he  works with many in areas few have direct access to. I encourage you to write the ministry and ask to be sent the August 1st email from Yariv where he speaks to the tragedy of Syria’s forgotten Genocide going on among Druze and Christian minorities. The reason Yariv has this contact is because he and his teammates for to “persons of peace” within hostile territories. They develop relationship that grows over time to trust. One point Yariv address is how We personally have received desperate messages from Druze leaders pleading for help and acknowledgment. One respected Druze sheikh has publicly called on Israel for protection and integration, stating bluntly that the Syrian regime and ISIS share a common brutality. We must not become complicit in silence. Hands of Mercy stands clearly and vocally with these suffering communities. Their cries reach the heart of God—and ours. We are actively supporting local believers, disciple-makers, and advocates who courageously minister, protect, and provide aid amid unspeakable danger.” He writes, “Over 1,500 Druze are missing, hundreds of women and children have faced horrific violence, and pastors and entire families have been systematically murdered. Where is the global outrage?

Yariv is speaking the truth with stuttering: “We have personally seen distressing videos—mostly censored by global media—showing desperate Palestinians, especially women and children, confronting Hamas militants stealing humanitarian trucks. One unforgettable scene depicted a young boy bravely attempting to stop a Hamas convoy from stealing aid meant for his family and neighbors. Heartbreakingly, he was deliberately run over and left to die.  This is a consistent pattern: Hamas deliberately starves and impoverishes its people to weaponize global opinion against Israel.
There is much more he writes about, including what their ministry is doing to help and issuing this “A Call to Intercession and Partnership
| Join us urgently in praying from Jeremiah 31: “He who scattered Israel will gather them and watch over His flock.” (Jer. 31:10) and “Save, O Lord, the remnant of Your people Israel.” (Jer. 31:7)  Your partnership in prayer, advocacy, and generosity is crucial. ANOTHER OVERFLOW OF MINISTRY LETTERS TO SHARE: This week I focused on clearing the “Lies of the Week” messages and also sharing those ministries who don’t send me something every week, but only sporadically. Catch up will commence next week.

Just as I finishing this Weekly Summary a new controversy is hitting, with news that a red heifer has been sacrificed on the altar. It was a test run with a cow that did not meet the standard. I hope my subscribers realize that when it happens for real, it will mean the Antichrist temple is about to be built. That is not good news, unless you have a strange desire to see less people enter the kingdom before the rise of the Antichrist. I know I don’t.
