Like Israel, the gifts & callings are not revoked because restoration is coming

Even with ministry leaders, I do not believe "forever" banished from ministry is kosher. This is counter to everything I know about God's heart for restoration. I don't believe we should, like the rabbis do in going beyond what God says in His Word, "build a fence" around the law of God. Has a ministry leader morally failed? It is building a Messianic fence around the failed leader to never allow them to return to ministry.

If you don't think so, then please chapter and verse it for me, because I see the truth of God allowing repentant leaders to resume leadership in my Bible. I will continue to believe that RESTORATION is also for ministry leaders who fall. Maybe a quick return to ministry is out of the question, but a truly repentant minister who has had to stand down in what God has anointed them do, that minister knows what pain and suffering are. I believe after years of standing down, the person has wrestled with God on their sin. They will not fall again easily.
If there is no restoration for them to the place of ministry, then they are not fully restored. Don't even bother telling me they are restored to fellowship but that is all God means for them. I have seen nothing in God's Word to indicate that is true. In fact, the opposite precedent is what I see. Like Israel, the gifts and calling are not revoked by God for failure, but after many years God will raise them up again to operate in full restoration.
For those tempted to think this is only an issue for me because I am hiding being guilty of such a moral failure, that is wrong. I believe this is God's Word and restoration is His intention for all of us who have failed Him in any way.
