Urgent: Pray for Israel

We are writing you this time with an urgent prayer request on
behalf of Israel.
Since seven Iranian terror leaders
of the (IRGC) Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps were killed by Israel at the
Iranian consulate in Syria on Monday the 1st of April - one of them being
general Mohammad Reza Zahedi, the architect behind the October 7 massacre -
Iran has been threatening with a revenge attack on Israel.
We do not know in which way the
Iranian leaders are planning their attack, and whether it will be coming
directly from Iranian soil or through one of their proxies in Israel's
neighboring countries. However, we are aware that something can happen any time
within the next few days, especially now when the month of Ramadan will be
coming to an end on Tuesday. Therefore, all Israel is on high alert right now. All
reservists in the Israeli Air Force have been called into duty with all their
planned vacation been cancelled.
Please,
join us in prayer, as we are standing on God's promises, and proclaiming
all of Psalm 121 over Israel. "I
will lift up my eyes to the hills—From whence comes my help? 2 My help comes from the Lord, Who made
heaven and earth...."
We know that the almighty God
has everything in His hands, and that He will not allow anything to happen that
is not according to His will. We want to pray for this imminent Iranian
attack to be thwarted and not develop into a full-scale war in the Middle East.
We want to pray for God's intervention, that He may reveal Himself to the
leaders of Iran that they may be struck by fear when planning an attack against
Israel, because He will not let anybody get away with touching "the apple
of His eye" (Zechariah 2:7-9).
Now is the time for the people of
Israel to call upon the name of the Lord that He may come and fight for His
people. Now is the time for the people
of Israel to meet their Messiah and get saved! Now is the time for the
world to see there is a God in Israel! Please, stand with us in prayer
during these critical days in the history of Israel that the will of God may be
done in everything!

There is a lot of soul searching in the body in Israel, because they are not
only ministers bringing the message of salvation in Yeshua to lost Israel, but
like the entire rest of the nation, they have been stunned and emotionally
wounded by the events of October 7th and the aftermath of war
responding to the brutal attack of Hamas. They have truly become “suffering
servants” to their nation and all serious believers in the rest of the nations
should take note of the serious challenge that could be coming our way any day.
Don’t make the mistake of thinking that their faith is just not as strong as
yours. We must all dig deeper in the days ahead.
That is why for Eitan Shishkoff’s moving comments in the 4/5 Fields of Wheat ministry letter, I have
uploaded
it to my Fruit of the Fig Tree blog so Arrows subscribers could read it. It
begins with his discovery of a memorial site dedicated to an Israeli fighter
pilot in the 1967 Six Day War. His reflections on the continual sacrifices that
have had to be made by Israelis since the modern state of Israel was birthed by
God are simply moving. Please read it here
to get a glimpse of the shaken people who God is going to show great favor to
in the end.
Arni Klein of Emmaus Way also waxed
eloquently on what all believers, not just Israel, will be facing soon: “Surely
surely the day at hand is not like any we have seen before. Though no one knows
exactly what is coming, the expectation of a dramatic shift is without
question. We have never been more dependent on the Lord for insight and
direction. . . . At some point we anticipate
that connecting the dots and making sense of it all will be beyond our ability.
In that day hearing His voice from a place of union with Him will be paramount…. Historically, in the first Purim, the call
for our destruction was turned around and no sorrow was added to it. There was no indication
of God’s displeasure with the Jews. It was purely hatred without a cause.… There is no question that when darkness comes in
like a flood, the Lord’s standard will be lifted up and recognized by those who
love the truth but have yet been blind to it.
….Israel has already dialed in
the coordinates of Iran’s eight nuclear sites. We have not met one Israeli
that has any doubt about what lies ahead. We wonder that Israel’s recent
military action was an attempt to initiate the next round according to our
optimal timetable. It is rather amazing that this escalation towards
regional war comes as we are approaching the advent of the second total solar
eclipse to cross the US in seven years…. Since the phenomenon of the two
eclipses became known seven years ago, without speculating what might be
coming, our thoughts have not changed. Something is set to happen that will
alter the nature of life on a global level.

They also
recognize “Israel is being isolated internationally….Despite the
apparently hopeless situation we remember the verse: "But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,' declares
the LORD, 'because you are called
an outcast, Zion for whom no one cares." Jer 30:17 Thank you so much for caring.”
Continuing the ministry email from Rania Sayegh who urgent prayer requests for
Israel was so moving to me, as she is a Christian Arab prophetic inetercessor
in Nazareth, the mission of the House of Prayer & Exploits is to “mobilize

Avner Boskey has an astute prophetic insight he is sharing in his latest well
documented writing, Enemy at the
Gates. He talks about how the Jewish people were born for warfare
and backs it up the Genesis 22:17-18 passage to prove it. But what really impacted
me was Avner’s insights into the background of how the US, along with former
Israeli military and political figures have been purposely ratcheting up the
demonstrations demanding Israel put obtaining the hostages “at any price.” The
hidden agenda is the shared American and Israeli Left agenda to oust Netanyahu
“at any price” and it was an operation started before the war even began – with
war, it merely shifted the talking points to rescuing hostages. Avner notes, “Many
Israelis are horrified at the violent and anarchistic tactics of these
anti-government spokesmen. They are appalled that the Kaplan protest leaders
are claiming that its strategies represent the majority of Israelis and
especially the families of the hostages. A significant amount of
Israelis and hostage families are not blaming not the government for jihadi
atrocities – they blame Hamas and its

Reuven Doron’s full report can be read on his Facebook profile which
begins “As war drums continue to beat louder each day in the Middle East, it is essential for
God’s sons and daughters to find strength and rest in God’s Word. King David
was a militant King whose entire career was steeped in battles and bloodshed,
yet he saw the bigger picture beyond the struggles that surrounded him. Composing
inspired music and worshipping God throughout his entire life, David’s
psalms actually formed the national “praise manual” that the people of Israel
still use today 3,000 years later…. Especially these days, when so much can
go so wrong so fast, may God’s eternal and unchanging Word comfort,

Reuven also covers a range of
the issues confronting Israel right now including: “Of the many airstrikes
which are launched daily against terror targets in Gaza, Lebanon and Syria,
the one from last Monday
has gotten everyone’s attention. From
what we know, eight of the16 casualties were Iranian officers who were
meeting with their Hezbollah partners, including General Mohammed Reza Zahedi
who commanded the elite Quds Force of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
Zahedi was the senior Iranian official overseeing the supply of weapons,
including precise missiles, to Hezbollah in Lebanon. This surgical air strike which
brought down the Iranian Ambassador’ residence with the high ranking officials
in it
shocked decision makers all throughout the Middle East and beyond. Not
only was it a daring and bold hit; it also highlighted Israel’s
intelligence gathering capabilities which not only identified
high-value targets, but was also able to discover their exact location and
schedule; all while keeping the Iranian
Ambassador himself untouched.

For those watching the American administration’s
recent scandalous interactions with Israel, it is good to remember that the USA is in an important election year, the results of
which will directly impact her destiny.
Howard Bass of Yeshua’s
Inheritance also naming the priority issue as Israelis find themselves “divided over the moral dilemma of getting the captives
released NOW at any price,
or
to wage the war until victory over Hamas.
The whole country is again
roiling as it was before Oct 7, mostly to oust the current government, and it has become more violent.… This
war is nearing to being expanded into a full engagement also on and across
the northern border with Lebanon, as Hezbollah -- another of Iran's proxies --
has been firing rockets and missiles into Israel from near the beginning of the
war in Gaza. Around 80,000- 100,000 Israelis have been evacuated from that
border, and their homes and farms, etc, abandoned. No sovereign nation can allow this to
remain unchallenged. ...I wrote in my first update, and in a video that I
did to give a Biblical perspective to this war, that while everyone in the
world wants Israel not to win, and for the war not to expand, it may be that GOD does want
Israel to defeat the enemy and for the war to expand.
…. Psalm 83 speaks about a regional
war with the outcome of it
that the enemies of Israel and of her true God would all know that
YHVH is God Most High, and not the god of any other religion or people. Their
stated aim, as the Holy Spirit reveals through Asaph, the priest and
worship leader who wrote the psalm, is to wipe out Israel from being a
nation anymore, and to take the land for themselves. The peoples
mentioned in the psalm are today the Muslim nations surrounding the State and
Land of Israel. Their hatred and vitriol is against the Sovereign
Creator of the universe, who has chosen a particular people and a
particular land and city within that land to be the battle epicenter for
manifesting His glory to ALL, both human and angel and satanic/demonic! As
we heard from a Hamas leader at the beginning of the war, they intend to
do an Oct 7 again and again and again until they achieve their objective.
…. This past week, Jewish, Arab, and other leaders
from around Israel gathered together to SAYF at Sde Boker, south of
B-S. SAYF is an acronym for Sitting
At Yeshua's Feet, and it is supposed to be a "safe" place for the
brothers who come from different streams, ethnicities, cultures. It was a very
significant time, given the situation in the country….we know how important accepting
one another in Messiah/Christ is, and for unity and love -- all as a testimony to the truth of who
Jesus/Yeshua/Yasua is.
Finally,
here is a teaching that I (Howard) gave as part of our family series in the

though Easter/Resurrection Day was celebrated on the first Sonday following the
first Full Moon after the Spring equinox (which has Biblical legitimacy),
Passover this year begins on the evening of Apr 22. (Israel as a leap month this year, Adar2, making

| All the prophecies in the Bible about the end times speak of the same thing;
a final apocalyptic war in which all the nations gather to attack Israel. At
the same time they also speak of a final outcome; the resurrection of the dead,
eternal reward for the righteous, eternal punishment for the wicked, and a
beautiful kingdom of peace and prosperity with its capital in Jerusalem. Don’t
be deceived. Read the Bible for yourself and get your heart ready to face these

celebration of Passover begins on the evening of Monday the Hebrew date of
Nisan 14 or April 22. Passover is the first of the 7 GOD ordained Moedim or
Appointed Times in the annual cycle that are laid out in Leviticus chapter 23. The
events of the Passover story led to the Israelites escaping from 430 years of
slavery in Egypt and their 40 year journey in the desert before they finally
entered the Promised Land and the nation of Israel was born. Back then and
throughout history, the enemies of GOD and His nation have always wanted to
destroy us and GOD has miraculously saved and preserved His people.” The 2
Passover Miracles David sees Israel needs is the wrapping of up “the last
Hamas stronghold in Rafah” because “Without that operation, which the nations
are trying hard to prevent, Hamas cannot be defeated and the threat of terror
will remain in place.” The other needed miracle is for the hostages to be
