Seeing beyond the natural
to God’s purpose is crucial for faith
If we are only judging by what our eyes can readily see, it
would be overwhelmingly discouraging and disturbing to us who can clearly see
that the darkness of this world is increasing by leaps and bounds. But we do
not have to have natural eyesight only because we have been given the Holy
Spirit and we can – if we choose – look through the eyes of our faith at what
God’s Word tells us lies ahead. He has not left us. The babe in the manger
became a God-man so when He laid down His life in sacrifice us who do believe,
the Holy Spirit could work in us to transform us into the same God-man pattern
He left for us

In our first ministry email Carolyn Hyde of Heart
of G-d ministries writes about a Prophetic Artists Journey recently when “we did a one day PAJ in Solomon's Quarry and on the
Mount of Olives with the Eastern Gate in sight. As we moved into prophetic
acts, all that we needed was supernaturally provided, such as an ancient altar
as we declared Romans 12:1-2; a fox appeared while proclaiming no
weapon against Jerusalem would prosper; a winnowing fork as we asked for
our enemies to become like chaff and more….we moved together like a
well-rehearsed symphony. In reality, we never know what we're doing! But as
we listen, Adonai speaks and we move and have our being and take Communion in
Him.
Later that day Hooman, one of my spiritual sons, born a muslim in Tehran
and now a Christian whose murals are fueling the women-led revolution in
Iran, was led to the Eastern Gate to pray for clarity and healing. When he
saw a young man sitting on a muslim tomb he boldly approached him and asked if
he knew Jesus. Surprisingly, the young man said yes….. Then he discovered that "J"
was a secret believer, an Orthodox Jew studying at a Yeshiva in Jerusalem
who thought he was the only Jew in the world who loves Yeshua!
….I was invited to speak at (Hooman’s)
19th mural unveiling near S'derot and Gaza…addressing some of the 1000
pastors who were recently brought over to Israel. I'm so grateful for the
connections with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and many new friends of Israel
from the nations! . . . . When I was invited to help lead worship at the OCEANIA SUMMIT in Australia this
February, Adonai gave 3 dreams to
confirm the calling. Then He opened
doors to minister there and in New Zealand. . . . We bless and thank you all
for your love, prayers and support as we enter an Eccl. 3 season of war and
peace - a time to build up and a time to tear down. We pray for you all
in the nations that are raging, that you will receive divine strategies for how
to pray for your nations as you stand with us in Israel. We also thank
you for lifting up the Tree of Life

As “Israel was drenched with torrential rain. Heavy winds, rushing water, and soaking storms
swept across the country,” the Revive
Israel team said, “It felt like more than weather; it felt like a
reminder that God still sends rain in His time, and when He does, it comes with
purpose and blessing. As the Land drank deeply, our hearts could not ignore the
parallel unfolding across Israel.
This
nation has walked through fire, grief, and shaking. Yet just as the rain breaks through hardened ground, God is breaking
through hearts. We are seeing it every day. People
are more open, more honest, more willing to ask deep questions about life,
faith, and hope. The storm has prepared the soil, and we are moving into a
new season.. ..(speaking of the latest discipleship program) “One participant
shared this powerful testimony: “During the discipleship time, God showed me
where I truly am and began working deeply in my heart. He showed me my real
condition and gave me tools to change. God spoke to me through His
creation, and I realized just how much He loves me.”
This
is the kind of heart-work that only God can do. And we are humbled to
witness it. . . . Like the rain that makes growth possible, God is moving
quietly yet powerfully, renewing hearts from the inside out. Your partnership is part of this harvest.

The Israeli Ministries go through everything that
all other Israelis do – like wars. But they also go through special stress
because of their faith. That is what Avi Mizrachi is speaking of this week: “, we also faced persecution
from our own people. Our landlord was pressured by anti-missionary groups and refused to renew our lease, placing us
once again in a position of rebuilding. The truth is this: Unless we own our own space in Tel Aviv, we will always be
vulnerable to losing our ministry home.
For 40 years, we have reached our own
people from (Tel Aviv), and yet, repeatedly, we have been displaced
because we do not own the property. We are so thankful that the Lord has provided a new
location and the resources to renovate
it. (and the new ) landlord notified us that he is now willing to
sell the property to us….With renovations
now complete, this is the moment to purchase the space for our offices,
congregation, prayer tower, and Shelanu TV. …this window of
opportunity to purchase our permanent home is only open until
January, and we need approximately

to Zion Center in Hafia gives us the problematic going forward part of Hanukkah story: “According to the Torah in ancient Israel there
should be distinct positions of King, Priest, Judge, and
Prophet. If the balance between these
roles was maintained, the Lord was present among the people, and
harmonious governance of the nation brought the fruits of a blessed life!
The issue was that the Maccabees, or
rather their descendants, who according to the GENEALOGY were sons of Aaron
and were supposed to maintain the Priesthood in holiness, also seized the
royal power in Israel, concentrating in their ‘own hands the two offices’—that
of king and priest. This led to the weakening of Israel – it was conquered by
Rome; Israel was ruled by kings such as Herod, who were Idumeans, but not Jews;
corruption among the Priesthood had spread extensively and many other
problems occurred.
Unfortunately,
the balance of governance in Israel today has hardly changed…. The main
cause is that those in pursuit of power increasingly attempt to usurp
authority and dominate. I write this not to discourage, but to inspire you
to pray—to intercede for Israel before the Creator!!. . .Hanukkah was a great
victory of God and His help in the sanctification of the Holy Place. But the subsequent responsibility for governance
rests upon the people—their conscience, their spirit, and their ability
to perceive and stand in the Truth. This is a timely lesson for all of
us.
In the Kerem-El (God’s Vineyard) congregation there has been a change in the Pastoral leadership as Jonathan steps away, and two elder couple from HaCarmel come in to assist Stefan and Keren Silver in their leadership of the congregation. This has been planned over months after Stefan was able to return from his IDF Reservist duties during the war. The Silvers writes that after much prayer the couples to come into Kerem-El eldership positions are Philippe and Liora, and Tim and Elisabeth. They had already been well known by our community, so their joining is very natural and has happened smoothly over the past couple of months.” Currently the congregation is celebrating Hanukkah, increasing the frequency of Shabbat fellowship dinners, holding baptism events and relaunching the life groups which had to be shut down due to war. media has been reporting statistics that we’ve seen firsthand on the streets in
Tel Aviv for months – Israel is in a
full-blown mental health crisis. Soldiers who served grueling tours
for months on end in Gaza and Lebanon, leaving families and jobs behind, are
returning home with untold trauma. Many are turning to drugs and alcohol to
deal with symptoms of PTSD. And it’s not just our war veterans and their
families: the average Israeli has just been through the two most traumatic and
difficult years in the history of modern Israel. Not surprisingly, we are seeing more people
in desperate situations at our Feed Tel Aviv outreach, more
expressions of anger and violence, but, most of all, we are seeing more people who are
desperate for love, comfort and support, who want prayer and encouragement and
who are open to the gospel.

Jennifer Guetta celebrated her first day of Hanukkah this year by
