Ask of Me, and I will give you The gentiles for your inheritance

Ask of Me,
and I will give you
The gentiles for your inheritance,
And the ends of the earth for Your possession.
Psalm 2:8

For it pleased those from Macedonia and Achaia to make a certain contribution for the poor among the saints who are in Jerusalem. It pleased them indeed, and they are their debtors. For if the Gentiles have been partakers of their spiritual things, their duty is also to minister to them in material things. Romans 15:26-27

Then everyone came whose heart was stirred, and everyone whose spirit was willing, and they brought the LORD’S offering for the work of the tabernacle of meeting, for all its service, and for the holy garments. They came, both men and women, as many as had a willing heart, and brought...an offering of gold to the LORD. Exodus 35:21-22

I love the fact that their giving was a natural outflow of their spiritual relationship. Not out of a sense of duty or obligation or constraint. Their hearts were stirred. The inner core was lit with a holy fire that had to demonstrate itself by a tangible outpouring of love. Wow.
