The Truth About Mike Bickle & IHOP by Donna Diorio For the past 24 years of putting out a weekly summary of prayer request from Israeli leaders I have learned a lot. One thing I learned is that it doesn't matter what my friends and Christian leaders I respect think - or for that matter - what most in the whole world think, from the leaders to the common folk when it comes to how God looks upon Israel and upon the body of Messiah in Israel.

They can all believe the manifold lies that so many have been deceived by, but my duty is to God and what He has shown me in His Word related to Israel.

I am cannot help but apply the same standard to Mike Bickle. It does not matter to me if everyone I know has accepted disgusting lies about Bickle, because that is not what God has shown me what unfolded at IHOP, and my allegiance is to God.

Honestly, my total focus has always been on the Israeli body of Yeshua/Jesus. I have paid NO attention to the who's who in either American Christian ministry OR American Messianic Jewish ministry. I believe God told me to keep FOCUS on the Israeli ministries so as not to be drawn in to any other group but them.

I have done that until March of 2023 when Mike Bickle began preparing the IHOP homefront for a 21 day Fast and Prayer for Israel & Christian intercessors who would meet at the end of May.

By April 2023 that was made public as Bickle was calling for the international IHOP network to join in. It was because Mike caught wind that a group of Christian intercessors - each organization representing thousands and thousands worldwide - were going to meet together in Jerusalem to pray for the window of that region. Mike knew MOST of them had NO heart for praying for Israel. They were probably only meeting in Jerusalem to pray for that regional window because it was the ONLY safe place they could meet to make such prayers! What Mike wanted to do was pray for THEM! to have great breakthroughs among with revelation of God's heart and plan for Israel.

Even though I always knew of Mike Bickle's standout support for the Israeli ministries and the plan of God to spiritually restore Israel, I had never been attracted to follow IHOP. All of that changed when I heard of his 2023 plans, and I wrote about it in my Israel prayer letters on April 13th, 2023 encouraging my subscribers to join in.

At that point I had begun to listen to the IHOP prayer room daily all the hours I was at my computer working - around 8 hours a day. It revolutionized me. I cried so much at the power of the anointing on the worship. I would work as long as I could, then have to switch screens and just cry my eyes out at the worship that drew me away. Then I would go back to work.

My spiritual life was being revived day by day, month by month. Coming from a music industry background, I was seeing anointed worship with musical excellence. It was like that through the Sping, Summer and then in the Fall I watched a spiritual attack unfold right there in the IHOP Prayer and Worship room. Now the worshippers were in a swirl of warfare that came across strongly to me watching my the internet.

The news was spreading fast and the accusations were horrendous. I kept watching and started tracking what Mike Bickle was being accused of. The madness in the worship room was growing, with people dropping like flies. Social media was ablaze.

The attack was not only against Mike Bickle, it was pressuring the worship singers and musicians to leave IHOP claiming it was a cursed altar. It wasn't, but a majority did leave and big deals were made of them leaving during final sets intended to make it clear to the internet onlookers that they all believed the lies. The warfare was thick - and that is exactly what I picked up watching it.

My sense from the beginning was that it was a spiritual attack because of what Mike Bickle had done in May, raising up 5 million intercessors for Israel. I kept gathering information and I have not stopped gathering information. There have been so many dirty dealings involving so many in this spiritual attack on Mike Bickle International House of Prayer.

I wrote in the beginning that the situation was like 1 Kings 21 when Jezebel orchestrated the accusation and execution of Naboth in order to steal his inheritance, a vineyard. Naboth's name means fruits and he lived in Jezreel, which means "God sows."

Jezebel orchestrated the entire take down of Naboth, remaining entirely obscured behind the scenes. (Just like Jane Doe did) Jezebel organized false accusers of Naboth, who swore to the city council who also had their marching orders from Jezebel to execute Naboth so she could steal his inheritance, the vineyard. (Just like Jane Doe did)

I did not know ANYONE at IHOP, but in my fact finding I realized the original Jane Doe accuser was the Jezebel spirit behind this plot to take down Mike Bickle. I kept gathering facts. I spoke privately to anyone at IHOP who would talk with me about what was going on from their perspective.

I came into great conflict with those very people in Jerusalem who I advocate for. I advocated to them for Mike and what I was seeing and learning about it all. They did not take to heart what I was trying to tell them about the plot. Instead they trusted others closer to them, and those in the community that facilitates weaponized sexual accusation - including the so-called investigator, Firefly.

When I put together the weekly summary and Arrows from Zion this week, I saw report after report from different Israeli ministries that reminded me how standing for them was so like the last 2 years standing for Mike Bickle and IHOP.

Especially piercing were was the statement of one Tel Aviv minister who wrote,

“The Enemy Came After Us, But We Are Not Leaving!

The Enemy Defiled A Place of Prayer but God is Not Finished!

These Are Not The Days For Shrinking Back.

There Are the Days of Bold Faith and Spiritual Fire!"

One of my new friends at IHOP is Lisa Bickle Stribling and yes, she is angry. She too has been collecting documentation of the under-the-radar orchestration of the attack on her brother and his inheritance, the fruitful vineyard of IHOPKC. Bickle's worldwide network of prayer houses which have been decimated down to a small percentage of what it was in May of 2023 when 5 million intercessors were appealing to Heaven to open the eyes of Christians to what He is doing - as promised - to Israel in our day.

Lisa's own church was mentioned in the first Firefly report making it appear as if an abuse case was also in her ministry. It was a lie that cost dearly specialized in outreach to the downtrodden - like the Aviv ministry in Israel - a church that feeds the poor. A major city contract pulled funds from Hope City based on a total fabrication published in the Firefly report which is RIDDLED with fabrications! This is how the accusers manipulated others by intimidation of destroying them with lies if they did not play along with the lies about Bickle and IHOP.

It is not only Israeli unbelievers who have veiled eyes, it is also the Church whose eyes are veiled and believing HUGE lies against the man who led the largest, most effective Israel Mandate in the nation.

I don't have a problem with Lisa's anger. When the truth is found to be lies, is there not a cause to tell the truth and shatter the lies?

That is what I have always done about the lies about Israel, and that is what is called for in all the lies that have made a man of God, who did not commit the sins as accused, and the much lesser reality of sin he did commit decades before was forgiven, under the blood of Jesus.

That woman Jezebel is who you all are tolerating.

Now I know that my friends in Jerusalem have believed the lies, because one told me since the beginning of being entangled in this thing, he has felt like a plumber being called to clean out a clogged toilet. I can only say to him that the reason he feels that way is because he believed accusations that were great lies about a man he knew and should have known better that this was no chronic predator running a House of Predators.

Instead of turning away from the facts on how this went down - I know everyone is tired of hearing about it, but until the lies are exposed IT IS NOT OVER.

That's why you should welcome information that would confirm you did not spiritually misjudge a man you had relationship with for decades, and who always was on the cutting edge of spiritual alliance with Israeli ministries.

Once you understand the Firefly report is FULLY bogus and see the true facts of the spiritual conspiracy, the only godly thing to do is to renounce the Firefly reports and both of the Pastoral Recommendation reports. Enough damage has been done to our friends.

It is time to peel away the veils of deception on the false accusations against Mike Bickle and IHOP, and Hope City, KC. It is time to repair the breach and tend to the wounded.

This is the most wonderful news that Israel has been longing for, and it is coming at a time which feels prophetic and profound…. the first day of Sukkot coincided with the two-year anniversary of the October 7th massacre. The national grief over that tragic day remains deep and has been compounded over time by the continued loss of soldiers in this protracted war, the desperate plight of twenty hostages held in the hell of Hamas captivity, and the frightful explosion of murderous hatred towards Israel and Jews around the world.

Josie Silver of Out of Zion Ministries has written a powerful article about Tabernacles “God’s Presence in Israel’s Suffering and Restoration” speaking of the ‘peace deal’ almost everyone in Israel is holding their breath to see if it will pan out even temporarily. The most realistic of them realize no deal  with the terrorists will ever hold for good. Josie writes, “we recount the horrors of October 7 — a day that changed us forever. We will never forget. Each year on October 7, we will remember the atrocities committed, the bravery of our people, and the courage of those who fought to save their families and friends — many giving their lives in the process. Our nation still reels from the trauma, pain, and loss. The return of all the hostages — both the living and the dead as even the bones of our people are precious to us…. Yet in the midst of sorrow, there is determination: we will rebuild. (Nehemiah 2:20 / Amos 9:15)…. Israel herself is like one big sukkah — a nation being built, rebuilt, planted, and inhabited by God’s people. His presence is becoming more visible, His Spirit more evident, and His revelation of the Messiah more profound among His people and in His land. Sally Shiff, intercessor on the team of HaMaayan congregation writes 10/9 with IDF statement: “The IDF welcomes the signing of the agreement for the return of the hostages, which was signed overnight. During a situational assessment held overnight, the Chief of the General Staff instructed all forces, both on the front lines and in the rear areas, to prepare strong defenses and be ready for any scenario…. Chief of the General Staff instructed to prepare to lead the operation for the hostages’ return, which is expected to be conducted with sensitivity and professionalism. The IDF will continue to act to achieve the objectives of the war and to defend the citizens of the State of Israel on all fronts.” (Psalm 118:10-14) .... The hostages are due to come back on Monday, in the Jewish calendar, 2 years to the day they were stolen. Please pray for a safe and successful return for ALL the hostages, both the living ones and the ones who died in brutal captivity.  

In a 10/3 newsletter, Reuven Doron wrote that “Atonement is Not Forgiveness | Not once do the scriptures (on Atonement Lev 16:15-16; 16:20-22) mention forgiveness of sins. They only promise atonement which is technically the “covering” of our offences before God, a separation of our sins from His holiness. In fact, the entire Old Testament Scriptures speak very little about forgiveness of sins, and the foundational reason for that can be found in Psalm 130…. If You, LORD, should mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand? BUT THERE IS FORGIVENESS WITH YOU, that You may be feared.” David understood, by revelation, that forgiveness can only be found in the Lord. Atonement, as essential as it may be, is merely a step along the path of reconciliation towards a perpetual freedom from sin consciousness and from condemnation.
     …. Why was God able to constitute such a marvelous New Covenant only at this time? The answer is in the next verse, saying, “For I will FORGIVE their iniquity, and their sin I will REMEMBER NO MORE.” (Jeremiah 31). The Old Covenant was based on repeated atonement; the New Covenant is based on perpetual (constant) and everlasting forgiveness. … Because this New Covenant was based on an eternal and perfect sacrifice that had the power to settle the sin issue once and for all, so that all who accept this gift of grace would be able to be born again by God’s Spirit and grow into the kind of people of whom God said that He “ … will put my law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people … for they all shall know Me …” (Jeremiah 31).

Guy Cohen of the Harvest of Asher congregation, in the portion of the Promise Land given to the tribe of Asher, Guy speaks about the prophetic aspect of the “sukkah” built on the Feast of Tabernacles: “This is no mere tradition; it’s a prophetic reminder that our lives here are temporary, and that our true covering is the presence of Adonai…. when the Shekhinah, the Divine Presence, rested among the people. It teaches humility, dependence, and trust. Even in weakness, the presence of Adonai makes us secure….     He never promised there would be no rain or wind, but He did promise that the house built on the Rock will stand. The Rock is not an idea; it’s a Person , Yeshua the Messiah, the cornerstone rejected by men but chosen by God. When we build our lives on Him, obeying His words, trusting His ways, no storm can destroy us…. our dwelling is temporary, but our foundation is eternal. Our hope is not in the structure, but in the Rock of Israel, the Messiah who never fails…. This is not only a promise to rebuild the kingdom of David, it’s a prophecy of Messiah’s reign. Yeshua, the Son of David, is the One who restores this fallen sukkah, not with stones and mortar, but with living stones, men and women redeemed by His blood, filled with His Ruach (Spirit), joined together as one people in Him. We are the living Mishkan, the dwelling place of the Living God. Thus, the fragile sukkah becomes a prophetic picture of what is coming: The Kingdom of Heaven established on earth, when Messiah reigns from Jerusalem and all nations go up to worship the King during Sukkot (Zechariah 14:16).

Very important words from the Yahav’s of Peniel Fellowship  to share (we will share the congregational update next week):  “It is a grave mistake to be ignorant of the mindset of Islam. Islam allows to make peace with enemies as long as the Moslems are too weak to overtake their enemy. However, as soon as they get stronger, they will attack and kill and destroy. This is what Muhamad did in his time, when he did not have the military strength needed to overpower his enemies. He signed with the city of Mecca, his enemy at the time, a ten year ceasefire agreement. This agreement was called the Hudaybiyah treaty. However, after three years, during which he increased his military power, he came against Mecca and took it over.
     'Hudaybiyah' has become a concept in the Muslim world. Arafat explained on several occasions that the Oslo agreements he signed with Israel were Hudaybiyah agreements, which means that he did not give up the true goal of “freeing all of Palestine”. God clearly stated in Joel 3:1-2 that He will judge the nations over the issue of them dividing the land He has given as an inheritance to Israel.

Lastly I share the letter from Leon Mazin of Return to Zion Center in Haifa. Leon begins with a thank you to those who pray for and support RTZ and for Israel…and the stark reality that is obvious to Israelis, but few others in the world seem to get:  “There is no peace in Israel. The news about us and the war is poisoning the minds of millions. In times like these, it is vital that those who know and discern the Truth revealed in prophecies and the Holy Scriptures continue to stand firm—covering Israel in steadfast intercessory prayer! …. Physical attacks are now being followed by waves of media warfare. Once again, we are witnessing the fulfillment of the words: 'Many nations — all nations — will rise against Jerusalem.' I have written before, and I’ll say it again: many of us, me included, are trying to discern the times we are living in. The pressure, the deception, and the resistance are all increasing. And I believe that, now more than ever, it is essential for ministers and spiritual leaders to sense these currents. This discernment shapes the direction of our teaching and our ability to prepare people for the realities of the spiritual processes unfolding in our day. I would be deeply grateful for your prayers — for Israel as a nation, and especially for the gift of discernment in these times.
     Leon also gives reports on the various aspects of their congregation and ministry asking for prayers over all – the home groups retarting following summer break which the elders are overseeing, the uptick in humanitarian requests as immigration/Aliyah is again surging. This is a key ministry to them as “as even the name of our Congregation — Return to Zion — reflects this calling.” Also the youth groups and Eagle project (see the Tikkun Global article on this post-IDF service ministry to young people reentering civilian life). And a unique-ish ministry this congregation does offering a serious Music School to not only the families children in the congregation but also to some outside the faith who would not have this opportunity. Leon writes, “On the surface, it may seem like just a ‘social project,’ but taking place within the walls of the Congregation, everything becomes deeply SPIRITUAL. We ask for your prayers — for the children, the students, and the teachers. May the world of music open the Heavenly Peace to every heart involved.”
     From his family he notes that their eldest daughter and son-in-law are the youth pastors, their youngest son just had his recital in an important series of recitals, and their middle daughter was just married in the midst of the HIGH HOLY DAYS…. we are also facing a wave of spiritual attacks. We've experienced this kind of pressure before, but perhaps now, with age, it feels harder to hold the line. We truly ask for your prayers. This is a significant moment!

This is what our friends in Israel are living in the midst of. Stretched to the limits. Please pray for God to strengthen them, expanding their limits to meet every need and even to: “Enlarge the place of your tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of their habitations: spare not, lengthen your cords, and strengthen your stakes” (Isaiah 54:2).

I will be brief but I want to urge all of you who to watch the Israel movie, “Red Alert” that emotionally captures what happened in Israel when 6,000 Hamas terrorists, other militants and civilians breached the border from Gaza into an unsuspecting southern Israeli countryside. Another 1,000 remained in Gaza launching rockets into Israel from within the Gaza Strip.  On the roads, in the towns and on the site of a music festival, Israelis were stunned, grappling to understand the sounds of shooting in their neighborhoods, at their houses, on the roads as terrorists mowed down motorists regardless of being Jewish or Arab. Sirens, “Red Alerts” lit up everyone’s phones and text messages poured in from friends, relatives and neighbors all under attack. Terror reigned for that day as approximately 1,200 Israel were brutally murdered without mercy on any – the young, the old, the babies. The emotions of this third-deadliest terror attack in the world is what the movie RED ALERT captures. 
      Red Alert blows away all the false narrative of any possible justification of what was done to the Israeli people on October 7^th, and it portrays exactly why the Israelis are still heavy with grief and bewildered by world reaction to what happened against them except to blame Israel for the demonic hatred inflicted upon them. I urge you to seek out and watch this and urge others to watch it. There is no more powerful way to speak to people than a powerful  movie presentation. Speeches nor writings have the same power to open peoples eyes.
     We must also pray that the veil of deception will be lifted off of those who have fallen for the false narratives of demonically driven evil against Israel. Not all will awaken to the truth, but we are after those who will finally see beyond the layers of lies they have believed. Declare breakthroughs for captives of lies through this movie telling the truth. You should know that you wil be spared the worst of the brutality that happened on that day, but you cannot imagine how surreal it is to see scenes of cars filled with people who have be shot as they tried to flee the terrorists. We always emphasize the importance of special prayers and support of the Israeli ministries around the holidays and the reason is that as God has made Israel (1) the time clock for believers in all nations to know where we are on the prophetic clock, He has also made the biblical Feasts of the Lord a prophetic calendar that specifically speaks to the Jewish people what His dealings with them mean. God has commanded Jews to keep these Levitical Feasts throughout all generations, because through them He can speak to them about their own spiritual restoration through holy days that are very familiar to them and theirs alone. They become picture perfect vehicles to remove the veil of blindness to Israel’s Messiah from their eyes.
     Of course it doesn’t end there. In this issue Sally Shiff who has been supplying daily uopdates since the attack on Israel by Hamas began on Oct 7, 2023, takes the holy of Yom Kippur to tell how “Yom Kippur is especially meaningful to me. It was a precursor to my salvation….in the summer of 1980, I was an intern to Congress in Washington D.C. While I was there I saw firsthand how corrupt the Congress was. I wanted to be a US Senator and seeing it first hand was devastating to me. One day, I was travelling on the subway and all of the sudden the subway broke down three stops before I intended to get off.  As I walked upstairs to the street level, I saw these Jesus Freaks....As I walked up to the table I asked them: "What are you doing here? God does not live in this place." They answered, "Yes, He does, come with us." I told them, "I can't I am Jewish." Then I just walked away. As I walked past the Smithsonian Institute suddenly I had a revelation of God - that He is real…. A few months later was Yom Kippur and it was in the closing hours. My Synagogue was partly founded by my family and I would attend faithfully every Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur service. But this Yom Kippur closing service was different for me out of the 5,000 attending. I was sitting in the back and began thinking what had happened in Washington. As the Rabbi was directing us to proclaim in rounds "The gates are closing" and "God let us into the Book of Life," I really meant it and begged God to let me in.
     Fast forward a few months - and a lot more miracles of revelation along the way! On December 13, 1980, I gave my heart to Yeshua and He became the Lord of my life. He answered my Yom Kippur prayer!

We have a covenant-keeping God. Though the pressure is real and the suffering tangible, the Lord has promised that His people will not be destroyed. Israel will not only endure—Israel will prevail.      I am reminded of one of God’s covenant names: El Shaddai…. Genesis 17:1.…The name El Shaddai, rooted in the Hebrew word for “breast,” is plural—literally, “double-breasted.” Another English translation is “The One Who Pours Out.” The picture is powerful, like a nursing mother whose child is wholly dependent on her. This was based on a dream I had a few years ago, where I saw revival coming to America and starting in Plymouth. . . . The times we live in are very intense and there is a spiritual battle going on for the souls of our young people. Please pray, it will also be a great time of revival coming to Israel, America, Holland, and the whole world.

The days in which we’re living should be waking us up. The brazen murder of Charlie Kirk, a young man daring to speak out for righteousness, should alarm us. It should tell us that evil is gathering momentum and that civilization cannot long continue this way. The hour is both late and opportune!
     Two unrelenting years of multi-front war against Israel should alert us that we’re approaching a climax. The world is turning against Israel & the Jewish people, just as the prophets foresaw. But this is also an hour of opportunity, of a divine challenge to rise up, to love each other, to love the lost, and to declare THE answer—Yeshua!
     What then are our priorities? …? What can I give myself to that will make a difference? How shall we pray?
(1) The Salvation of Israel. It is time for our people to cry out for deliverance, and that deliverance IS Yeshua our Messiah [Zechariah 12:10; Ezekiel 37:24,25; Hosea 3:4,5] PRAY: That the Spirit of God will be poured out, especially on the youth (Joel 2:28), and that young messengers will be equipped for the harvest (Matt 9:37).
(2) Demonstrating the true brotherhood of Jewish and Arab disciples of Jesus and raising up an Arab-language youth ministry to equip & inspire a fresh generation. PRAY: For the important first steps in building foundational local support and participation. For God’s hand on Ruby as he brings a team around this vision.
(3) Standing & serving together as Jew and Gentile, refusing to allow anti-Semitic forces to separate us. Rather, forging new levels of heart unity in stormy times. PRAY: For voices to be raised, especially within the body of Christ, revealing the biblical truth of Israel’s covenantal, historic, undiluted role in God’s plan.
