Arrows Sep 26 2025 Change is on the Horizon

 Arrows from Zion

Summarized from the Weekly Summary of Prayer Requests Israeli Ministries

From Arni Klein, Emmaus Way, “For a few weeks we’ve sensed something significant was about to change in the realm of the spirit involving a shift in perception.... that ensuing choices and decisions would determine things for the season to come…. we have sensed a shift coming for us personally. . . . | When we first moved to Israel thirty-three years ago, we were struck by the nature of the demonic presence hovering over the small young Israeli Body. We immediately thought of Israel’s first battle as a nation in Exodus 17 against the Amalekites. The outcome depended on Moses continuing before the Lord with his hands raised, for which he needed help. Believing that we likewise needed the help of our brethren, we went out to the nations in search of Aarons and Hurs.
This is really cutting to the headlines (write Arni for full letter or subscription), they believe they have found the next nation to cultivate in Africa – perceiving the “the devastating historic dehumanization of its people”….
has shaped their inner being to be a vessel to carry and release God’s glory through worship.” A gathering in Uganda has been set to impart the vision of being Aarons & Hurs in lifting the intercession for Israel’s salvation for Dec 1-6. “As you might imagine, the Body in Africa has very limited finances. There remains the cost of our travel, meals for the gathering, and printing our materials for distribution. If any of our friends would feel moved to help underwrite the initiative.

From Fields of Wheat, Ruby Bishai, the Christian Arab member of the team writes about his love of playing semi-professional American football for the 10th year on the Israel National Team. He draws on many spiritual lessons from the game, the most important about always returning to the fundamentals. This is why after the intensity of the last two years of war, Ruby writes it is time to return to the fundamental call to ministry. Fields of Wheat are about to return full focus on their equipping ministry of young Israelis – which will include some exciting things for Arab believers and youth. This is a “one new man” ministry and God is opening doors already. Pray for great breakthroughs. To learn more, write for a subscription or request this email be sent to you. Reuven Doron talks Free Palestine? The Valley of Jehoshaphat and the U.N.. If you aren’t already following (OneNewManCall) him, you need to. Subscribe here. Reuven addresses the prophet Joel’s prophecy on “The Day of the LORD” 700 years before Jesus was born: “That awesome and final chapter of this age, according to Joel, encompasses the restoration of ancient Israel, a global outpouring of the Holy Spirit, a call for deep and genuine repentance, and worldwide judgment regarding the controversy of Israel and Jerusalem.  The Holocaust was meant to destroy the people of Israel and stop them BEFORE they could form a nation in their own LAND, but instead became the CATALYST for its restoration. The present day “palestine narrative” that is poisoning the whole world aims to take away the LAND now that the Hebrew nation possesses it.  The battle is not about you, us, or the fate of the Jewish people. The battle that is raging on earth and in the heavens is about the Word of God and whether it shall come to pass or not. A most exciting insight from Stefan Silver writing for Out of Zion Ministries in “Two Endings – One Story” and I will try to get permission to post it on my blog:  It is about how the arrangement of the Hebrew scriptures in the Jewish Bible is different from its arrangement in Christian Bibles. While the Hebrew Bible ends on the “very last words of 2 Chronicles are the decree of Cyrus, king of Persia, who gave the Jewish exiles permission to return and rebuild the temple in Jerusalem. The Hebrew Bible closes with the words: “Whoever among you of all His people—may the LORD his God be with him, and let him go up.” (It is a word to make Aliyah). The Christian version of the Old Testament ends on Malachi: “The final verses look forward to the appearance of “Elijah the prophet” who will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children and the children to the fathers (Mal. 4:5–6)…. with a call to prepare for the spiritual temple – Messiah Himself.” ….The difference is significant…. The Hebrew order makes sense for Jewish people. . . .The "Christian" order makes sense within the broader biblical narrative: the stage is set, the prophet has spoken, and the curtain rises on the Gospels after that one blank page of separation.  Interestingly, it was England’s former Prime Minister Benjamin Disraeli, a Jewish believer in Yeshua, who famously said: “I am the blank page between the Old and the New Testament”. Ultimately both endings complement one another rather than compete. The Hebrew Bible keeps our feet grounded in history and covenant, reminding us that God’s promises to Israel are not abandoned. The Christian Old Testament keeps our eyes lifted toward the horizon, reminding us that those promises find their fulfilment in Messiah. . . .Two endings through which God is weaving one redemptive story – His Story, and we are all waiting in anticipation to see what is next.” Donation info on  Website

Isaiah speaks of these times, "For behold, deep darkness will cover the earth, and deep darkness the peoples; but the LORD will rise upon you and His glory will appear upon you" (Isaiah 60:2). Aliyah Return Center & The Faithful Galileans, Chaim Malespin writes, “Listen to this profound testimony of how a young Muslim woman found Yeshua! In the midst of darkness, a light began to shine. It started with a heart that longed for truth. Her choice to follow Yeshua meant being willing to die. In Islam, it is forbidden to convert to another religion, and tragically, it is considered acceptable to murder anyone who does so. The Trumpet, the Cry, the Call

A story that still echoes
From Israel to the Nations

The Trumpet, the Cry, the Call

by Yariv Goldman from Hands of Mercy | www.israel-handsofmercy.org

It was over twenty years ago in a tiny village inside a village in Mexico
—dust roads, tin roofs, and the kind of quiet where you hear a truck long before you see it. Late afternoon, someone knocked. I opened the door to a thin, weathered farmer in a sweat-darkened shirt, a big hat casting his eyes in shadow. His face was serious—stone serious.

¿Eres judío? Are you Jewish?”

I froze for half a breath. How do I answer
—who else is listening? “Sí. Yes.”

“¿Eres israelí? Are you Israeli?”

The second question tightened the air. Why does he need to know that? Is this safe?

“Sí. I am.”

He studied me, searching for something in my face.

“¿Tienes un cuerno? Do you have a shofar?”

Now I was puzzled. A shofar? Here?

“Sí, tengo. Yes, I do.”

His whole expression softened
—like a door opening. The sternness gave way to an urgent kindness.

“Entonces, por favor… Then please—would you come to my farm in the mountains and blow it over my land?”

Relief washed over me. The tension drained; the fear melted into a strange joy. I said yes.

I went up there fasting and praying. It was the season of atonement—Yom Kippur—and in the middle of that week I took an extra stretch of fasting, even without water, because I wanted my heart clear. The mountain air was thin and clean; the silence was a kind of sanctuary. We walked the rows. We stood by the animals. I lifted the shofar, and with as much humility and faith as I knew, I sounded the trumpet—not as a performance, but as a prayer: Father, bless this land, this family; let Your mercy speak louder than any accusation; let Your presence mark this place.

Weeks later, the testimonies came: unexpected fruitfulness
—livestock thriving, fields producing beyond expectation. But what marked me even more than the reports was the hunger I saw in that man’s eyes. He somehow knew—without a theology class—that the ancient memorial of the trumpet (
זִכְרוֹן תְּרוּעָה) still matters. He wasn’t trying to be Jewish; he was reaching for the God of Israel
—the One whose voice shook Sinai when the shofar sounded. That day in the mountains, I realized again: people everywhere—Jew and Gentile—long for the sound of redemption.

How to Understand the Vast Body of Prophetic Scriptures on the Last Days

Sep 21 2025: Yesterday morning I had a question in private chat from a young mother I have been speaking with the past year. Sara wrote that "There are videos of (Charlie) Kirk saying he was having trouble with the government of Israel, which is different from the people and the land."

I have never seen anything to indicate that Charlie Kirk believed that rejection of modern Israel not being the Israel of God in the Bible. I don't think he could possibly have believed that Christian rejectionist view of Israel. There could be no explanation for Charlie's love and loyalty for Israel if he did not believe the modern state of Israel was the God-restored Jews of the Bible back to the precise homeland God promised to restore them to.

We have to know where we stand and why, especially as we are clearly entering troubling times that have been prophesied in our Bibles. None of us really know exactly where we are in the MANY prophetic scriptures regarding the last days, but ALL of us should know that we have reached a TURNING POINT of entering into those days.

If videos exist with Charlie Kirk saying he was having trouble with the Israeli government, it should not be a big surprise to anyone. Israel is for the majority not yet saved - but the Scripture is clear that when the dust settles, "all Israel shall be saved." Does "all" mean every person living in Israel right at this moment will be saved? No. But what "all" does indicate that the majority of Israelis will come to faith. It will be so big that they could be referred to as a 'Yeshua nation' - saved by faith, like the USA was once called a "Christian nation" before secularism and paganism began to call all the shots nationally. But that is a subject for another time.

As I replied to Sara: I have issues with the Israeli government all the time! But not once is it about how Israel is defending itself against terrorists! The West will increasingly come to understand that our own fight to survive is going to be our willingness to defeat Islamists seeking dominion over our govts.

If Charlie began siding with those who are against Israel defeating Islamists that are trying to annihilate them, then to me it just goes to show how the West - including Christians - remain in deception about the truth of Islamists.

Right now the body of Messiah in Israel is increasing its all out efforts - even on limited funding - to bring Israelis to salvation. That is why it is important that we assist them financially. Because those that aren't saved in Israel - especially the religious - are going to be the welcoming committee for the antichrist.

They will not wake up until that man pulls off his mask revealing his intention to be god of this world. That's 3 1/2 years into the tribulation.

Like Jesus said, we have to work while there is still light, because at that point it will be so dark it will be hard to win people to faith. When I say dark it is in the same sense of "gross darkness" covering the earth. This is deception so thick and dark it will be like people living their lives in total deception to reality.

At that time many will become like Charlie, assassinated, even like Stephen was stoned in the beginning of the spread of faith.

I can see that God is leading us into a reconciliation of how Christians look at the end times and how Messianics look at the end times. It is time for the understandings to merge so we can work together with all our might while there is still light in the world.

Some people think to be pro-Israel is to never have a criticism of the Israeli govt but that is not true. Those who believe everything Israel does is golden are the most clueless of Israel-supporting Christians. They are often in the eschatological pre-Trib rapture camp too. These have the least understanding of what God wants from Christians in assisting the Israeli ministries in their outreaches to unsaved Israel. If we believe that God has something other than the testimony of salvation by faith in Yeshua/Jesus in store for Israel that does not require Christian commitment toward assisting that testimony of salvation, then we are hindering God's plans, not helping them.

Ephesians 2:15 is clear that God's end times plan is to make Christians by faith and Jews by faith in Yeshua/Jesus as ONE as He and His Son are one. Our oneness is like when a husband and wife are truly one in marriage - both in faith of the Lord, and both in their callings before God.

We also cannot make Tucker Carlson's isolationist obsession into one of those reasons we criticize the Israeli government. Israel is NOT committing genocide, but if they do not remove all Gazans out of that space, the Gazans are so indoctrinated to genocide of Israeli Jews, that they will always be coming at Israel with even bigger blood baths than Oct 7 2023 was.

Terror-ist indoctrinated Arabs MUST be eradicated from Israel and Israel knows this better than all the Western nations who are currently being completely overtaken by Islamists. The British are a prime example! The EU nations are in almost full obedience to Islamists too because they fear the all out blood bath of fight back to hold onto their unique national identities pre-Islamic invasion. They opened the door in Western compassion to those dedicated to conquer their land and force obedience to Islamic domination.

Most Americans are oblivious to this as well. The majority of young people have preferred the lying narratives to become "pro-Palestine/anti-Israel." That is an example of what Isaiah 60:2 means by "gross darkness" covering the people.

Politically, the power and financial greed of American politicians have set us on the same road as the UK & Europe - riddled with Islamist hubs, that will shortly become America's "no go zones" places even the police do not want to enter for fear of reprisals.

In Houston already there is an imam actually going around warning the businesses surrounding his mosque that they must shut down all pork and alcohol sales or suffer the consequences. They mean to enforce their beliefs wherever they have gained a predominance of population. In Texas that is in MANY places. It is not just Dearborn, Michigan. These hub cities have been quietly developed across America. This is gross darkness too because the average American doesn't even want to know about these lurking dangers ahead.

In terms of teaching about the last days, there is a distinct difference in how Christians teach about the prophecies of the last days and how Messianic Jews teach about the prophecies of the last days. I have recently understood they are like two templates of how thing are going to develop - often from the same prophetic scripture verses.

Imagine two overlays diagramed on clear plastic sheets - one representing Christian focus of the last days and the other representing Messianic Jewish focus of the last days. I would place the Messianic overlay down first - because any Christian teaching of the last days that leaves out the foundational presence of Israel at the center of what God is orchestrating in the last days is going to misunderstand many points of the last days prophecies.

My point with this is that both perspectives have great validity, but ONLY when they are laid together in such an overlay will we be able to see the whole truth of what God is doing in bringing Jew and Gentile by faith in Yeshua/Jesus into the wholeness of "one new man" - a fantastically GRAND dream that ONLY God could dream for us, as at loggerheads as we so often are that our way is the right way. No: God's way is the ONLY right way.

There are so many aspects of the last days prophetic scriptures that give us detailed insights into the times, but we have to merge the things God has given Christians about these things with what God has given the saved Jews about these things.

It is hard to imagine that Christian interpretation of the end times can be fully and perfectly explained without the inclusion of God's intentions for the spiritual restoration He is doing in Israel. Likewise, I do not believe that Messianic Jewish interpretation of the end times can only speak to the part Israel and the Messianic Jews are playing in the end times.

This exclusion of what the two have to bring to the conversation about the end times is almost like Luke 9:46 when an argument broke out between the disciples about who would be the greatest in the kingdom.

For a long time the Messianic Jews have been laboring to get the Christian world to even acknowledge their existence, but when it comes to laying out the prophecies of the end times both the Christian insights and the Messianic Jewish foundational insights into what God is bringing together in the last days (saved Jews and Christians as one) - there has to be a servant attitude towards each other. I hope I am being clear, It is not one or the other that is most important, it is the two together that is important. Not one message for Christians and one message for Jews - not when God's message is the two shall become one.

I believe that only in merging the overall vision with the details of both will we get a complete picture of what is ahead and how we must walk forward into the times, knowing what God is doing with ALL of us. Then we will all be pregnant with Zion.

Arrows 2025 Sep 20 Wake Up for the Dream to Come True

Message to the Israeli Ministries
featured in my Weekly Summary of Prayer Requests
from Israeli Ministries and Arrows from Zion –
My Grateful Thanks to ALL of you!

In the earliest years since I started this ministry in August of 2001, I adopted a slogan from the Bible because I was already seeing the benefits it spoke of. It is Proverbs 27:18 Whoever keeps the Fig Tree will eat its fruit; and the one who waits on his Master will be honored.”
I recognized that by tending each week to the prayer letters Israel ministries sent me, pouring over the collective wisdom of each of your ministries, you all were imparting wisdom to me beyond – even far beyond my own capacity. I am so grateful to all that you have written over the years that not only informed me of events impacting Israel, but also reflected the hearts of your own years of ministry. This is gift beyond description to me, and I am genuinely cry sometimes when I am preparing the Weekly Summary, reading over the things you all are saying. I was crying over this one when I realized the magnitude of what this dedication to gather your letters each week has done for me personally. It is such a gift – and I am a firm believer that it was God wants for the WHOLE BODY.
Both Jewish and believers from the nations are meant to exchange what God has given His people – both Christian and believing Jews. We are incomplete without each other. Each side of the two parts of the body have things from God that must be interlaced together as He joins us into one new man. We have so far to go in this respect, but one thing that has begun to come clear to me – we have more than one generation of younger people we must activate our spiritual priorities upon. I say this as a 74 year old “Baby Boomer.” The fathers and the grandfathers have to see the DIRE situation that most of the younger generations are in – and I would include the age group of our own sons and daughters in their 50’s & 60’s because they have such blended convictions – blended biblical morality with humanistic morality.
Already in the US we are seeing Gen Z (also coming to be known as Zoomers) who were born between 1997 and 2012 (13 to 28 years old) are becoming more open to spiritual faith. I am sure the same is likely happening in Israel because of even greater stresses on society. The time is now, like never before to not only pray for the children and the children’s children, but to take every  opportunity to share the wisdom God has given us in our many years of walking with Him. They are searching for the life ring because many are drowning in the distress of the sea of humanity.
Again, thank you all for sharing your abundance with me all these years. Donna Diorio

We have to Wake Up
for their Dream to Come True
Whose Dream?
The
dreams God has given them to fulfill  His Vision!

I remember when Guy Cohen first shared the dream of a Messianic school and community Center 6/16/2009. Here is what he wrote:
     “
One of the main issues that we need prayer and a breakthrough for is the issue of our children. The children of believers, like all children in Israel, are required by law to go to school. We have a number of options regarding this issue. There are religious schools in which the Torah and its values are central yet when the staff discovers that we are believers, our children will be rejected and expelled from such a school. The second option is that of a secular school. The children come home from this school setting with all that they have been exposed to in a very worldly setting. They are faced with teachings of evolution and well as exposure to things like yoga. A third option that is available is that of an Arab school. There are Christian Arab schools but the teaching is all conducted in Arabic (a language that our children do not speak) and the system is associated with Catholicism, and many times is not Zionist or a lover of IsraelAt this time, home schooling is not an option to us and therefore I feel that God gave me the vision for establish a private Zionist believing school.” (DD: “Zionist” is not evil – the reality of Zionism is that ultimately it is God’s vision of Jew & Gentile in the faith of His Son! When that unity becomes reality, we will see Zionism as God sees it: SPIRITUAL life)

Donna: That was sixteen years ago.
As you can see from the artist rendering of the type of center Guy Cohen is envisioning for the Messianic children of his area and for a community gathering place for many activities and outreach opportunities, the dream did not end there. It was put to paper in 2012. The dream lives on – as it must because we are entering the season of spiritual harvest in Israel going from a trickle to a river of life and healing so wide, one could not swim across to the other side.
That is the vision in Ezekiel 47:1-12 of the water of life and healing trickling from the under the threshold of the temple  -  the living temple made of living stones (1 Peter 2:4-5.) Ezekiel saw the water begin as a trickle, the increase to ankle-deep, then to knee-deep, then to waist-deep, and it became to Ezekiel “a river that I could not cross, because the water had risen and was deep enough for swimming. . . .the water flows out ….When it empties into the Sea (of humanity), the water there becomes fresh.”
This is the spiritual harvest coming to Israel and Christians have the honor to participate in it – IF we will wake up and discern between God’s spiritual builders of the living temple in Israel, and those who are only trying to do in the arm of the flesh what only the Spirit of the God of the Living Temple can do for restoring His people.
I want to thank Guy Cohen for reposting his dream for the region in Israel that was given by God to the Tribe of Asher. It is Guy’s birthplace and the place where he has led a congregation from its beginning years ago – even in the face of many trials, religious persecution and lack of adequate  funding.
Unfortunately I have found that not only do Christians not recognize the significance of the living temple that Yeshua is building in Israel, but a great many of Messianic ministries in the Diaspora do not recognize it either! If we are going to donate finances to the support of Israel, shouldn’t it be FIRST to congregations and ministries who are doing outreach to Israelis unto salvation? Israel-supporting Christians AND Messianics should be financially supporting the household of faith FIRST.

The Dream and Vision of Guy Cohen
Harvest/Katzir of Asher Congregation
A Messianic Jewish Center for Acco, Israel
by Guy Cohen, as posted on 9/15/2025
Over the course of more than twenty years of ministry at Katzir–Asher in Acco, we have been privileged to serve our community in cooperation with the authorities and the welfare departments in a wide range of areas: operating a soup kitchen, distributing food baskets and vouchers to families in need, providing assistance to soldiers during times of emergency, granting scholarships to mothers pursuing higher education, and renovating and restoring kindergarten facilities. All of this we do out of a sense of spiritual calling, and with gratitude to the Lord and to the Body of Messiah around the world who support us.
Alongside the many acts of service and kindness we bring to our surroundings, we are aware that at times we are seen as “nice but dangerous.” This perception stems from our unique identity – a community made up of both Jews and non-Jews united in faith in the Messiah. Although this sometimes stirs tension, we believe that our work above all testifies to our commitment to values of love, care, and sincere concern for every human being.
Yet despite our broad social contribution, we encounter closed doors when it comes to receiving land allocations for establishing a Messianic community center. While other religious groups are granted support and land, we find ourselves left aside, regarded as “the scum of the world.” This sense of discrimination does not weaken us, but rather strengthens our resolve to continue serving society with faith, hope, and the pursuit of true equality in the public sphere.

Through this letter I turn to believers worldwide: help us rise and stand firm despite the opposition. Your support can enable us to continue shining light in our community, to build the Messianic center we so greatly need, and to pass on to future generations a legacy of love, service, and living faith. If you have political connections, or if you know leaders who can stand alongside us, please help us by making those connections and opening doors.
Sadly, we also see that some who believe in Yeshua choose to support the local religious establishment – the very one that often opposes our work. At this time, more than ever, we need true unity in the Body of Messiah: that we would choose to stand together, support one another, and be a living testimony of the Lord’s love in this world.
(In his social media post, Guy displayed other pictures including) the mayor gladly allocating buildings for Torah study to the city rabbis, with smiles and celebration. This naturally raises the question: what about the Body of Messiah? When will our children also have a place in the community – a land allocation where we can fulfill the vision of the Lord, strengthen the children of Messiah through the study of the Scriptures, and lift up praise to Yeshua?

Donna: That must come from the support of worldwide body of the Lord getting in sync with God’s plans.

A Glimpse Behind the Veil | Who Killed Charlie Kirk? Spoiler: It Wasn't The Jews| by Rachel Boskey | | When Charlie Kirk was assassinated, I sensed that the veil to the unseen realm was lifted slightly, making it possible to see a bit more clearly into the world of the spirit.      9/14 Jewish Restoration You Can Believe In | by Avner Boskey  | ….An important question needs to be raised: What does it mean to believe in the restoration of the Jewish people to their Promised Land? What does that restoration process look like? How will the nations respond as the God of Israel brings that restoration to fruition?
Your prayers and support hold up our arms and are the very practical enablement of God to us in the work He has called us to do.

World War and An Army of Voices | by Orna Grinman, A Sign & Example ministry | There is much talk these days about the necessity of raising up an end-time army. However, it mostly refers to a spiritual one, such that will fight evil through prayer and intercession. Is That All There Is? Charlie Kirk’s assassination last week made it clear to me that this army cannot function only in the spiritual realm. Simply because the frontline the Body is facing these days is not only spiritual.

The Faithful Galilleans Chaim Malespin wrote brilliantly on what Charlie Kirk’s assassination means for the rest of us: “Charlie Kirk once said that if pastors would boldly preach the truth, he would be out of a job. We need to recognize that we are in a war, and it may not be the kind of war you think. It is a battle between the kingdom of darkness and the kingdom of light….If we do not do our job of being a light in this world, the darkness will spread. We are called to be watchmen! Charlie Kirk has been an example of someone who pushed back against the darkness and brought forth the light. I believe this clash of kingdoms is also manifesting here in Israel. The enemy is fighting us at every level—whether through Hamas, Iran and its proxies, the social media “TikTok generation,” “Queers for Palestine,” the UN, ICC arrest warrants, world leaders, liberal voices both inside and outside of Israel, internal divisions, societal clashes, intimidation, cancel culture, antisemitism, fear, ridicule, lies, poor choices, sin, and idolatry. And this same enemy is working to erode the Judeo-Christian foundations of Western society.
So what can we do? I believe it starts on our knees and asking God to show you how you can be a light in our world today. Not all of us will have a platform like Charlie but you can be a light right where you are. Follow Chaim’s daily videos & Consider sowing into Faithful Galileans

I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the prophetic voice of Reuven Doron – just subscribe and you will see for yourself. His writing on The Third Day is a powerful must read. Write him and ask for it: “The Bible assures us that the God of Israel will not only preserve His nation during the "two prophetic days," (the 2,000 years of exile and 'national death'), but that He will also heal and revive us on the Third Day, that we might live in His sight. We are in the Third Millennium after 2,000 years since the Cross of our Messiah. According to Hosea, we are on the brink of resurrection life. Please don't let the birth pains and darkness dishearten you.”
In The Third Day newsletter Reuven Doron sent with this video, | WATCH Reuven’s Resurrection Time.  I don't believe I have ever heard anyone say this better than Reuven: "Israel will continue to fight, to survive, and to rise into newness of
life through God’s amazing grace regardless of the pain. And it’s her emerging resurrection-life and supernatural success that will continue to feed the global monsters of jealousy and hatred. The failing governments of the world believe that they are voting about “Palestine” in their Woke/Progressive chants. The truth is that they are voting about their own destiny. Israel is God’s last call to a lost world."

Sally Shiff at HaMaayan congregation  “The assassination of Charlie Kirk has really caused me to pause and consider the entire ramifications of it in the spirit….thinking about his generation and the generation given to him to touch. Turning 65 this December causes me to think about the generations after me. What impact are they having now and what will their impact have when it's their turn to hand over to those younger than them. The generation that was just 1 year old or not born yet did not experience September 11, 2021. And in Israel, that same generation is now on the battlefield fighting for our freedom from terrorism and return of our hostages. They are the next leaders of Israel. They are the next "Charlie Kirk's" if you would allow me the license to go that far.

Ronit Bender attends the Carmel Congregation & in every letter she sends give us a great model of being light to the people in her community – drawing complete strangers into friendship that leads them to relationship in Yeshua. As was pointed out, we cannot all have Charlie Kirk’s platform, but we can ask God to point us to people as Ronit does, that we can bless with His goodness, love and mercy. Her Sept letter had a theme to those God pointed out to Ronit to bless and that was the people in daily life who are seemingly invisible to everyone around them – the guys who pick up the garbage, the guy who cleans the toilets where we go to work out or swim, the dishwasher of a restaurant, the elderly. The invisible ones God wants to tell them He sees them and loves them too. Ronit was happy to be the one to tell them with a blessing.
She also wrote about the 48 hostages still in Gaza: “Hamas attacked various villages and a music festival in the early morning hours of the last day of the Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot) in 2023. I had a vision in that first week that Yeshua walked into the tunnels that the fighters have been using and it was full of dead bodies. Then I could not understand it, now I do….). It is unclear how many of the 48 are still alive, maybe none, but Please pray for all 48 of them to return to Israel.

They are already involved it this weekend – The Tree of Life Ministries led by Ariel & Shayla Hyde have taken 12 new believers who have been “struggling – they’re facing massive challenges, pressures from family and friends, spiritual attacks, and temptations. Many of them haven’t reached real stability in their walk yet, and they’re having difficulty connecting with a local congregation.
We’ve been seeking God’s face for all of them often, and we believe God led us to hold a Holy Spirit Weekend with some of them – this weekend!” Drawn from Ephesians 19 when the apostle Paul arrived, saw the ““disciples” who were clearly lacking in understanding and the infilling of the Spirit. Once this group of 12 disciples received more instruction and “the Holy Spirit came upon them” (v. 6), God did incredible things through Paul and this group over the next season. A revival broke out in Ephesus – many repented of their sins, believed in Jesus, Yeshua, and burnt their idolatrous books (vv. 18-20). The Gospel spread so rapidly and powerfully that “all who dwelt in the province of Asia heard the word of the Lord Jesus, both Jews and Greeks” (v. 10). And God performed unusual miracles in the area, confirming the word of the Gospel (vv. 11-12). So we’re excited about what God can do through around 12 new disciples – and He has indeed promised to do great things through Israeli believers in our time. But nothing happens without God’s supernatural help, and so we would like to earnestly ask for your prayers!”  Pray for this work to be GREAT & MIGHTY & FRUITFUL!

Dugit’s Avi Mizrachi writes, “If you could stand beside us in Israel and see the lives your support is touching, your heart would overflow.” He tells of a soldier who had just finished his service who called for a New Testament in Hebrew. He could not wait to get his hands on it, coming in the pouring rain immediately to pick it up instead of waiting for it to be mailed to him. Avi only spoke briefly with the man about Yeshua and right then and there the Lord touched the soldier’s heart and he gave his life to Yeshua on the spot!  “Friend, this is exactly what your giving makes possible: moments when the Good News is shared and lives are transformed for eternity.”
Avi also speaks of how after 40 years ministry in Israel  he has seen how God uses the biblical feast days to move His people to come to faith. This is why all the ministries are preparing to bless in this opportune season of the Fall Feasts of the LORD. He writes that so many in Israel today “because of war and a deep financial crisis, many families cannot afford to celebrate with dignity. Your gift today can put a High Holy Days meal on their table…. At the same time, your support fuels our evangelistic coffee house, media ministry, local Messianic fellowship, and other outreaches—creating more moments like the one with Mr. S.” (the soldier). “Now is the time. Will you give your most generous gift today to meet both the spiritual and practical needs of people in Israel this High Holy Days season? Be part of what God is doing in Israel right now.”

Once again I have to commend the great wisdom I always find in the letters from Howard Bass of the Nachalat Yeshua/Yeshua's Inheritance congregation in Beer Sheva. He touched on so many issues that we deal with personally – from having children that embrace living in Israel despite the stresses, and the faith: “There is much to do here towards influencing and impacting the society, and to build up the church in this country, and in this part of the world -- the focal point of all history. The center of gravity, so to speak, is here in the land of so much conflict ever since He brought the children of Israel out of Egypt….(to give them a promised land) for His purpose and glory. The battle is raging in our generation! Though victory be snatched out of what may seem certain defeat, that great day of deliverance and victory will surely come! ….a young Ukrainian immigrant was baptized: “Life over here is stressful at many levels for those leaving one war zone only to enter another; or for families broken up due to war with all its costs to pay. For Israelis -- especially the Zionists among them (not all are) -- without faith in the historic heritage associated with the long struggle with God and with man to be overcome -- every tragedy would become only a matter of personal concern…. Those who understand that this is an historic battle towards a final redemption -- however difficult to define or explain -- for a people and a land, they are ones who are able to bear the loss of their own loved ones as part of the sacrifice to be rendered towards that goal…. For those who know the truth of the gospel…, we, too, must see current events in light of the end and purpose of the Living God, and not just as tragedies or losses that make no sense -- even though we may not be able to make sense of so much evil at the personal level of any individual. Our hope is in the LORD, and in His eternal plan and purpose, not in our own personal lives and plans and suffering. Without living faith and hope and love in what is beyond our temporal experience, we will weaken in the good fight of faith until the end. God has promised to help us overcome, and the Holy Spirit is in born-again believers to enable us to be more than conquerors in Him who loves us.
…. While I know that much has already been written about Charlie Kirk and his awful assassination, his "sacrifice" has also provoked in me some thoughts, some of which have already been expressed in what I have written above. Yesterday at our congregational outing, there was prayer for Charlie's wife and children, and that the impact he has already been making on especially younger people would even expand and strengthen. I had not realized how many of the Israeli younger generation he had been reaching and gaining an audience with, even among the believers.
Howard had much more to say, like: “For pluralism to work it requires an agreed upon consensus of a spiritual foundation… those who undermine that either need to at least be hindered, if not actually removed, or else they will gain more strength to destroy the house/family/nation. A house divided cannot stand.” Something the UNITED STATES would be wise to WAKE UP to immediately. & so much more. Write Howard to get on his mailing list. He shares critical insight and wisdom always.

The Revive Israel community writes about a group of young people from the “Messianic Hetzim (Arrows) program, which prepares young men and women for their upcoming military service” who came to work in their fields. They write, “, it was a reminder of God’s design: every part of the body has a purpose and special role. “Now you are the body of Messiah, and each one of you is a part of it.” – 1 Corinthians 12:27. They wrote of not comparing ourselves with other but to look to Scripture which “reminds us that each of us is a unique part of the body, with a different and vital role. In the end, our calling is to be like Yeshua, not like any other person…. As we worked together that day, I could sense it; we were building the Kingdom side-by-side. One body. One Father. One God who defines us and faithfully provides for every need.”

Leon and Nina Mazin in the Haifa Return to Zion congregation write that they are happy to return from a short summer break for the ministry workers to resume their outreaches into the community: “We have resumed our Soup Kitchen ministry for the elderly, where they receive a warm meal made with love.
Our distribution of humanitarian aid to low-income families is again in full swing.|  We are paying special attention to new immigrants, helping them adjust to their new environment by providing essential support and care during their first, often challenging months. And we’re also excited about the approaching Jewish feasts, and are currently planning festive events for new immigrants, complete with food and a warm, friendly atmosphere. Our goal is to make them feel welcomed, supported, and part of a caring community.| In preparation for the new school year, we were delighted to give school supply kits to the children in our Congregation, so they could start their studies with joy and confidence…. All of these good works have only been possible because of you — people with open hearts. With love, Leon and Nina Mazin  To visit us online | Donation information
